Well test and see. You could save yourself weed. Smoke half a bowl and then take a 5-10 minute break and see how high you are. If you are not as high as you want to be then smoke the other half of the bowl. Potentially has your weed last twice as long. Personally I smoke about half a bowl, twice a day. If I have a lot of weed I smoke J's instead because I prefer them but need more to roll the sizes I like. I just take it slow and smoke gradually until I am as high as I want to be. Some days I smoke 3 bowls, others I smoke half a bowl for the whole day.
