oh, well then i ghost hit all the time, mostly when im somking out the bong. when im smoking a blunt, id have to hold it for hours, my blunts burn ALOT. thick, great ttasting smoke
I use to hold it in real long, but then I started testing to see what would happen if i held it in for about 4 or 5 seconds instead of like 10, and its the same thing, no effect. Because I think most of it is already in your blood stream like in the first 2 seconds.
i didnt read all the posts...and you guys might think this to be a little weird..but when i hold a hit..i hold it for as long as possible..and i take ANOTHER deep breath in and then i swallow...i think this helps me get higher really..cuz i only blow out a little bit of smoke...i think when i swallow i get most of it down better...try it
I hold it in untill my lungs hurt , im just a new smoker... so when i smoke sometimes i cough , other times not but my lungs will be tickelling me becasue its to harsh.
Everyone coughs at one time or another. If anyone on here says they have never coughed then they're either joking around or haven't been smoking long enough.
I coughed.. when I started.. and I still cough. its not bout bein new. I think new smokers, just get the burpies.
i used to feel the need to hold a hit in for 20 seconds but that was only when i first started smoking. im kinda suprised so many people even had an answer to this question. like somone else said i just exhale when it feels right.
i have a pattern. The first hit i ghost it and the second i hold it till the pipe/joint gets back around to me, and so on and so forth
