Mine are hanging in their normal state of hallway between tight and hanging loose right now. My scrotum is usually stuck in this position where it can’t figure out whether to tighten up or to let the testicles hang way down. They’re both at the same level as well in my scrotum.

When my scrotum decides to fully relax, my aging testicles hang low and free. At this point I can reach down and take them in my hand and let them relax there while I massage them…

I was always under the impression that when men got to be my age that their balls always hung really low. For a short period of time it appeared that I was getting to that point. Now, for some odd reason (nothing medical and I'm not complaining) my balls are back to being fairly "tight" these days.

 

My cock is average sized (about 6-1/2 inches when erect.) My balls, OTOH, are freakin' huge and my sack hangs almost halfway down the inside of my thighs. My balls are so big that my wife can't wrap a hand around either one of them, and neither could any of my previous GFs. What's more, they've been like that almost since I hit puberty. Mine like to hang down more often now and when I sit down quickly they can take a direct hit. Especially at work when I’m busy.

 

I have pretty big balls that hang low which has always been this way. Standing up they hang about 7 inches down, and laying down they cover asshole.

 

I played soccer for my town local team in the 60's our club had the luxury of a communal bath that could hold the full team (11) so after the game had finished we all rushed to get in the bath first because it could get real muddy in the winter months! So we had a semi-professional who was captain of the team and played left back he had the biggest pair of balls I have ever seen, literally like having two tennis balls swaying around nearly down to his knees. They adjust according to the temperature (presumably like everyone else). But in general I’d say they hang a bit lower than average. I only wish they were slightly bigger so as to take advantage of that visual.
