People who have never tripped on anything especially acid dont know what they are talking about. If you have never had experience with something, why would u give another person advice on it? I think acid is wonderful. my experience on acid was fucking awesome. you realize so much about reality and it did open my mind in so many ways. i notcied that now im nore free about what i do. one of my friends said that she even noticed im different in a way. it was weird. it makes me mad that people think its a horrible drug. - in my health class a girl made a home movie about LSD and she has never done any drugs and her and her friends made this movie saying like if u take LSD you or one of your friends could die. and they showed this girl pretending to be tripping and saying she can fly and shit and they pretended she killed herself cuz she thought she could fly. I was like, ok if u know anything, and you know that u have to control your trip, and have a good time, ur not going to kill yourself haha. people think you are going to do such dangerous things while on acid, but really, if you know what your doing and how to control your trip, you will be fine. people just need to stop beind so closemided. peace~
Overall I "cope" with ignorance by spouting a simple response of "Research the information for yourself" or I just ignore them in that regard. I find debate and educating people who believe everything they know is fact very tiring and a waste of time. There are exceptions of course. With that said I am aware that my own collected information may be flawed but at least I make a great effort to find answers from many sources. I had a fairly amusing, to me at least, experience that relates to LSD. I was on the good ole Battle.net about to play a game with some online buddies. One of them was talking about doing LSD later on that night. Near instantly the majority of people jumped on him and yelling (you can feel the raised voice through typing!) that it causes brain damage, flashbacks, etc (the myths/rumors that you heard as a kiddie and I suppose now). Me, not feeling the urge to argue, followed my above advice and typed "Please do some research. Those facts are false." What does one person type to counter me? He tells us to visit www.erowid.org to validate the horror stories/damage of LSD! I was a bit puzzled (that meaning for less than 1/3 of a second) as a previous visitor to that useful site. Talk about misinformation. As a side note these people I am referring to are approx. 20-28. Have a close minded person watch REEFER MADNESS. If someone endures the entire video they should hopefully see how far bullshit can go and be released as fact to the public. heh, if you haven't seen Reefer Madness, watch it! Ganja causes insanity and precipitates MURRRDER!
today i had a boy tell me that i was a young stupid hippy and that i shouldn't buy acid. he said, instead of buying it...just go to the supermarket and buy everything you need and make it yourself. I could not convince him that some of the chemicals needed are very hard to get and very highly watched and that you need to be an amazing chemist to make it. He now wants to...kick my ass... because of my "ignorance".
I can fly.:sunglasse But not on acid - only in dreams. Maybe one day it'll happen for real - I'll make the transition from the dream to the waking dream............. But seriously - it's useless to try to convince closed minded individuals of the benefits of LSD - and the amount of dis-information is vast. Many are unfortunately quite robotic and slavish in their belief in anything they see in the media, or are told by religious leaders etc.
yeh I can tell u were confused or something writing it.....hard to follow....u have to realize you may be getting the feeling of raising your spiritual levels, but that is deception....been there done that...the only way to get there is without drugs and even then you'll be one of the few that doesn't get sucked down by others ignorance and uninformed words and actions. U can continue being ignorant about raising your spirituality with drugs if you want, do what you wanna do, but as far as I'm concerned it is just a different brand of ignorance. Really I do expect some people to believe on my word or I wouldn't waste my time posting this. Drugs are a false way to reach enlightment, knitting a stocking cap is an example of action and a deed that warms the brain.
there is if that feeling of enlightment only lasts a few seconds or minutes or less than a lifetime from a chemical reaction not related to your memory of deeds. The memory of enlightment from drugs is not the same as enlightening yourself. Try to remember what I just wrote. You can't teach some people what they already don't know.
yeah I figured you would before you even read it.......same way you forget your enlightened from the last time you did drugs.........how does it feel to waste the money?
what you just wrote is trolling for a negative comment. I wrote before I did drugs, I quit and my opinion is they do not permanently enlighten anyone. I also think I could have spent the money I spent on drugs on a car or whatever that I'd still have right now instead of memories I'm trying to convey to younger people without apparently any positive results. But if what I write gives one reader a reason to even slow down by passing over one 20 bag of crank or whatever, then that is 20 bucks that can be spent for something they need. And I'm sure I'm not that much older than you. peace Honor
I didn't say it, I wrote it, get enlightened. And I have more than chemicals in my brain, I have electricity! Euphoria is not enlightenment!
well next time i say it is, you can tell me euphoria isnt enlightenment. but i didnt say it did i. haha you cant go telling people your way of enlightenment is better than theirs, plain and simple, fine, your way works for you, so yes, it DOES WORK, thats great, but dont go discrediting everyone elses, and dont be putting words in their mouths.
you have confused the discussion so much putting meaning in my words where there was none, it is ridiculous to consider an answer to your reply.
