5/30 oil and youll be fine 0/30 is even better but you can run the 5 all summer and 0 is only for if you plan on changing it again before summer if youre really worried and dont want to spend much just get a magnetic one (if you have a steel oil pan)...and place it only on the really cold nights...just remember to yank it off before driving
13 with snow predicted for late tonight and early morning. 9 on sunday. You folks mid-west and back east seem to have it a lot worse. (why, oh why did I leave Hawaii?)
Hey sunshine----It doesn't look like it right now. I'll be checking again at 6;30. It is COLD, THO. Any moisture at all and---0-no-- the white!! They have said from the coast over to Bend and east! Yikes.
Ice changing to snow overnight... Fun begins in the morning if you are into that driving on ice syndrome.
4c and that is really mild for this time of year. We were under a freezing rain advisory this morning but it stayed so mild that it was not what they predicted. This had best not mean that we are going to be -25c next week......crazy weather.
it's cold enough for the lazy people to regret not shoveling that snowbank away after the plow came by during the rain yesterday
It was raining much of the night as temperatures dropped. Now freezing rain. Will be going out in an hour and a half to clean off the car and take Dad to his doctor appointment. They are predicting 4-8 more inches of snow through the day. Will see. Just watched the news. They closed the local schools.
It's winter in southern Thailand. The weather has been sunny in the low 80s, but we'v started the two week "rainy season." It's currently 78 degrees F at 8 p.m., and has been raining off and on all day. I was tired of getting soaked driving my motorbike home after work so I bought an expensive new rainsuit and wore it under my old one tonight. Still, I got wet a little, and my "waterproof" backpack, wrapped in TWO plastic bags still soaked through. Tomorrow is Saturday I have a parent-teacher meeting to attend tomorrow morning. Hope they cancel.
