They generally are bitches to each other. That is what is funny about it. They always tend to go looking around each others homes...it's part of the programme. I just think the voice over is funny. If it wasn't for that it would not be worth watching.
I'm going over to Scotland in early December so I will try and get a look at it. I want to see that Noel Edmonds box thing as well. We have a version here but it is mind-numbingly boring. The ratings for it are massive though and I asked a Swedish friend why she watched it and the reply " to see if anyone wins the money". I find it all a bit sad.
Try and get a freeview box set up on your TV, as it is shown nearly everyday on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/More4 - infact both programmes are. I like the Noel Edmonds show, it has a lot of heart and soul, surprisingly. The cash seems to be almost secondary. Almost that is...
When I moved out of Britain I made a conscious decision to go back to living a simpler, less consumer orientated life so TV wasn't a big issue. In fact I never used a PC for years and only bought this laptop a few months ago because I realised that using messenger to comunicate was cheeper than the phone even with a special international rate. My partner's a big TV person though so I will check it out. Or better still just make sure he doesn't see this thread ( he isn't a member of forums but is aware of and does contribute sometimes to what I do) Thanks for the new dilemma!
well, i know where everything is so it's very organised... but clean? well, although there's a healthy amount of dust in every room, nowhere is a health hazard. the kitchen is pretty spotless though, as is the loo and bathroom... yes... i likes my lemon and bicarb and we hoover everywhere about twice a week....
