I would find out what your state allows it for. Then I would go to the doctor with that complaint. They will likely try many other meds before deciding to try weed. Overall, act a little leary towards drugs and let them think they thought of using weed--not you.

 

I take a ml of tincture of Opium four times a day for stomach distress (ulcerative colitis, colon removed, IBS, etc.Each milliliter has 10 mg of morphine in it. Any suggestions on how to make it more valuable, recreationally? Also, does anyone know the street value of a 118 ml bottle (just curious) ?

 

I dont know how it works in Maryland, but I know in Cali, there are certain doctors that percribe it, and they are usually complete stoners who are all for legal marajunia. Plus from what people have told me, it is 100 if you see the doctor and dont get a prescrition and 200 if u do get 1, so they want to give it to u since they make twice as much money. As for what you can say you have, I have heard of people using headaches, ADD/ADHD, insomnia. Preatty much anything will work, they know what ur there for...lol

 

Sorry, but you should probably check again. If I started a religious movement that prescribed the True Faith as only accessible to those who have sex with 10 year old boys, then I think the government would probably take a rather dim view of my religion.

Or, for some real world examples...the mormons aren't allowed to practice plural marriage, and those who practice voodoo and other religions that involve animal sacrifice must adhere to FDA and USDA regulations when it comes to keeping and culling those animals. Clearly, the federal government wins.

The reason why you and your friends aren't being thrown in jail is probably because the police and/or the DA aren't interested in wasting time and money busting people for running around with penny ante amounts of weed. It's not worth their time, nor the courts, nor the public defender they may need to make available to you. Essentially a whole shitton of resources to get...what...a few grams of pot off the streets? They're not that stupid. They'll just take your shit and send you home after getting their jollies by busting your chops.

You do not need a disease to get a referral for marijuana in California. All you need is money and the name of a doctor who is willing to write you one. You can get one for any number of reasons, ranging from as deadly as AIDS or Cancer, to something as mundane as insomnia or really bad PMS cramps. I have a friend who, as a teen, was on all sorts of mood stabilizers and anxiety medicine, he's now a card carrying marijuana user in Cali because he said his Paxel didn't work for him anymore.

Go get a High Times or Cannibus Culture or one of those other fruity weed magazines, and look in the back. You'll find a listing of "weed friendly" doctors. Make an appointment and just be real with him, you want weed and make no bones about it. If he doesn't want to give you the referral, find someone else.

I'm split on all of this. While I do feel marijuana should be legal, the fact that so many people are finding loop holes to get it, doesn't really do much for the cause, except give Uncle Sam one more reason to crack down on the clinics. That's life
