Actually, germany doesn't do sex education, like use of condoms, for instance. They only teach reproduction, and the girls and guys get a small book, and the girls also get a little kit with tampons and a creme to minor the pain of inserting. The book doesn't cover sexual transmitted deseases (SP?), condoms, or the like. Only about physical changes.
Yet, the birth rate's much smaller there then it is in the US....
