So how far has science come in transforming a penis into a vagina?

Yeah I know, there is so much you can do with facial hair.
My dad has very impressive facial hair and I can only grow these weird little patches of peach fuzz. It's depressing.

 

Surprisingly pretty good, to the point it's hard to tell the difference unless you know what to be looking for. To be simple about it digging a hole is just easier then building a pole. The surgery for females to males is not as good, at all.

I think what you are experiencing is normal.. was just an emotional break down.. we all have them.. something triggered it though... if it continues.. i would talk to your doctor about it... i'd wait because i doubt you want to be thrown on anti-depressants for an episode

Pretty much. Hormones will make your orgasm feel different, but you begin to "dry orgasm" after some time on estrogen anyways.

As for whether it's aesthetic or not, no generally it works just as the real thing would. This is why some people won't do it, they can fuck up and you can lose a lot of sensation, but generally this doesn't happen.


And some people probably just learned some things they never thought they'd learn.
