I believe that all religions should be respected, although that doesn't mean that I have to respect people that corrupt them.
I'd rather go to hell if going to heaven means being with people like you, and have you ever wondered why jesus hasn't come back yet, I think if he's watching all this he would be deeply shocked and hurt about the amount of hatred you people spread in his name.
its attitudes like this that give christianity a really bad name, so if you care about your religion at all i would have a rethink about what points of views you choose to verbilise.

Leviticus also tells us that owning slaves is acceptable.

In Luke 16:18 we are told that a person who divorces and then remarries is an adulterer. Yet, how many church members are divorced and actually remarried, within the same church? Quite a few, to be sure. So, they are to be condemned, right along with the homosexuals and pork eaters (but it's perfectly fine to own slaves).

 

That thing about a man lying with another man is really close to another passage that says you should stone dissobediant children. Not that I'm saying theres anything wrong with that either, but if your going to take the bible literaly, you cant pick and choose. At best, the bible is overrated.

I'm about as far from christian as you can get, but ive always thought it odd that the cross was what caused christ so much suffering yet its become a symbol.
