    No, most of you are misconstruing the concept.

    This is not a park for hippies.
    This is for want to be hippies, like a dude ranch. Real hippies would never stoop to such a low level of money making shenanigans. Unless they could make lots of money which you can't do by selling the idea to hippies. Just look at Woodstock, any of them.

    So we get the rich people who want to pretend they're hippies without going through the real effort. No drugs for sell, that costs too much, just bags of oregano and expensive wine in Boone's Farm bottles, with a little note on the back about what it really is so those wine taster people are happy to shell out the bucks.

    No free admission, we sell tickets then form groups of about 100 people who get to tear down fake cyclone fences. Like they're sneaking in.

    One or two port-a-potties that smell bad, and a pipe or two of running water sticking out of the ground.

    All perfectly legal.

    I always thought it would be pretty cool to have a hipforums kinda like...flop pad/commune thing...that ppl could come n go as they please from. Skip can pay for it all. We can just chill/stay there when we want and go as we please... rides tho would be cool.
