I ate some cherry tomatoes for dinner and didn't keel over from Salmonella poisoning. Salmonella in American produce? I guess that we are being forced to eat s*it on so many levels now.

It is scary as hell to think that even the organic chain Whole Foods is yanking tomatoes.

Anyway, hello. The moral of the story is don't eat tomatoes in the States, i guess.

hi again to you all, I have just put a wee post up in the karma cafe but reading it back, does'nt really tell you anything about myself,so here goes, my mane is kc, I'm a mum, I have always loved nature, the ocean especially on a rough and windy day as the waves come crashing in,great for clearing out the cobwebs, love open fires,could watch those dancing flames for hours(often do) passionate about our mother earth and all the indigenous peoples who dwell here,enjoy growing stuff in the garden,fruit vedge and even the odd bit of 'weed' as nature intended, then there is music, loving the guitar I have an accoustic and an electric accoustic for many years) and still cant put a decent tune together,another mission ahead, but love listening to pink floyd, jimi(of course) Ten years After, Mountain,mocheeba, the orb, leftfield, future sounds of London, Lemon Jellys, Eat static, tom waits,Mr scruff, moody blues...could go on and on and on but you get my drift I smoke I drink (occasionally) and generally love most that comes my way Love'n'light to you all,you vcan always get me on singring61@hotmail.com if you fancy chatting.:hat:

I am very thrilled about visiting England for the first time EVER this month....flying out from Atlanta Sept. 15 and staying until Sept. 30th! Thought i'd say hello to everyone, lovely to meet you all

Bit about me, well I'm a student studying british sign language hoping to be an interpreter for the Deaf one day. Happy vegan and love to juggle, hula hoop to music (esp the Beach Boys!) and other circusy stuff. Walking, exploring, walking to beautiful peaceful places and writing poems there, after I (hopefully!) graduate from uni I plan to move to New Zealand and find a lovely eco community there, and work as a part time sign language interpreter.

I'm not sure yet if i'm Bi, think I prob am but shall have to explore a bit more before i'm sure love to explore things and keep all doors open in life, that way you don't miss out on the things behind all the other doors that you wouldn't have looked behind if u kept them all shut. I figure there is nothing wrong at all with keeping all doors open, you might not choose to go through them all but at least you can see through them and you have the choice. That prob makes no sense at all and I am waffling on terribly and most probably boring anyone reading this haha so i shall stop waffling now
