If they have rock solid evidence they should press charges for election fraud per the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971.

As you say, if any party really believed what you say is in this video "they'd have pressed charges."

Let's see. Foval and Creamer know full well that they did not say what they are clearly heard saying, but rather than press charges for defamation of character and having the video subpoenaed to prove their case and retain their positions, they slink away like guilty weasels. Oh yeah, nothing wrong with that picture.

I know that if someone spliced together words for the purpose falsely portraying me as someone who committed fraud, and I knew that if the "unedited" video would expose my accusers and clear my name, I would press charges immediately. So, you have two ways of interpreting their failure to do so. Either they are just real nice guys who would rather give up their positions than cause any trouble for their accusers (like Jesus would do), or they know that they're guilty as sin and the unedited video would only confirm that truth. It's a no-brainer, right? Right.

Which sources are you referring to?

So why isn't the RNC, or Trump, or the federal government, or some private individual, or Project Veritas, or the right wing media outlets, or the mainstream outlets, or you....pressing election fraud charges?

Here is the complete procedure. Let me know when you file.

Oh but that wasn't my question to you. You are attempting to divert attention away from my point. Foval and Creamer are the damaged parties here. Why do you suppose they allowed O'Keefe to get away with defaming their character and costing them their position. There's only one answer to that question, but you don't like that answer.

And if you had actually researched the issue, you would know that Trump has said that he will sue them, and that O’Keefe has already filed a formal complaint with the Federal Election Committee based on what his video shows. So you don't have to wonder about that anymore.

I also asked you to produce the segment in the video that you believe best supports your suspicion that it was edited or spliced, or whatever it is you believe was done, to give us all the wrong impression of Foval and Creamer's meaning when they clearly talked about election fraud. If you have no intentions of doing so, please say so, so that I don't have to keep asking you. I find it humorous that you believe that O'Keefe deceptively edited someone on camera saying, "we pay mentally ill people to start trouble at Tramp rallies."

I am returning your favor. If you feel that Foval and Creamer should file a case, why don't you also believe that a case of fraud should not be filed?

I'm not a lawyer so I don't know if Foval and Creamer have a case or not. There are multiple reasons they may not seek to claim damages.
Your accusation is that your video proves election fraud and just because they haven't, as yet, sought to sue...that proves their guilt. That's not how the legal system works. You must prove your case. Foval, Creamer, or anyone else including me don't have to prove their innocence.

    File an election fraud report.

As far as what segment is suspicious...the whole thing.

Bob Creamer has demanded the release of the entire footage....but don't bother to read the link.

If you had actually researched the issue, you would know that Trump has said that he will sue them, and that O’Keefe has already filed a formal complaint with the Federal Election Committee based on what his video shows. So you don't have to wonder about that anymore.

And of course Foval and Creamer have a case. According to them, the entire video will prove that when Foval said that they pay mentally ill people to start trouble at Tramp rallies, it only sounds like that's what he said. LOL! Honest? Really? I mean, come on, man!!

So Creamer has called for the entire video to be released. Wonder why he doesn't press charges for defamation of character and have the video subpoenaed instead of simply "calling" for it. Actually, I don't wonder about that at all. He says he's absolutely sure that if the whole video was shown, it would prove that O'Keefe is lying. Funny, huh? Neither he nor Foval will file charges to save their reputation or positions. Wonder why they let themselves be bullied like that. Actually, I don't wonder about that, either. And of course, your position is that them not filing charges means that we should believe their denials of what we hear them plainly saying. I see . . .

You said that the whole video is suspicious, and yet you cannot recall even one segment that will bear that out. Hmmm. You'll have to forgive me if I still find it humorous that you believe O'Keefe deceptively edited the video in such a way that we shouldn't believe someone on camera saying, "we pay mentally ill people to start trouble at Tramp rallies." What's up with that?

Good, we'll see how far that case gets.

Trump is always claiming to be suing everyone, so I don't put much stock in that.
You believe Foval and Creamer have to prove their innocence, I disagree the complaint that O'Keefe filed will settle that if they can prove wrong doing so no need for another suit.

As far as the video, I watched it, I'm not wasting my time dissecting it.

You misunderstand me. This isn't about Foval and Creamer proving their innocence. It's about them prosecuting O'Keefe for defamation of character. It's about taking back what O'Keefe took from them--their reputation and their positions.

Anyway, do you see what you've done? As a way to show that there's no merit to O'keefe's video, you asked why trump or O'Keefe isn't suing the DNC. And when I correct you by showing you that they have, you tell me that it doesn't mean a thing. So basically, you've set it up in your mind so that if he didn't file a law suit, it's good for your side of the argument, and that if he did file a law suit, it's still good for your side of the argument. But the truth is that such a self-serving win//win proposition is only valid in your mind.

And if you cannot recall any segments in the video that will support your claim that it was "suspicious," I can live with that.

That's Obama's way of saying: If you need proof that I blow with the wind and that you shouldn't believe a word I say, here it is.

This is far more interesting to me than any leaked emails...politicians can bullshit just as easily in emails as they can in any other way. If you want to know what is really going on just follow the money...money talks. Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a Clinton supporter, saw to it that $675,000 went to the senate campaign of the wife of Andrew McCabe, who is now deputy director of the FBI. McCabe went on to play an oversight role in the investigation of the Clinton email case.

Some have already been caught grave digging for votes.
    http://www.breitbart.com/california/2016/05/25/report-dead-voters-found-voting-california/
    http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-09-30/meet-young-virginia-democrat-registered-19-dead-people-vote-virginia

And these are just the ones who got caught. I predict they'll be plenty more to compensate for the small crowds that show up to Clinton rallies. Tim Kaine couldn't even break the triple digits in attendees of his rally in Palm Beach
