I'll leave it to readers to figure out why you think this remark is a rebuttal to what I just posted.

    And while I'm at it:

“In his statements before Congress, Director Comey repeatedly assured us that the FBI investigated whether charges of obstruction of justice and intentional destruction of records were merited,” the chairmen of three House committees and a Senate committee complained last week in a letter to Attorney General Loretta Lynch. “The facts of this investigation call those assertions into question.”

Congress has now obtained letters detailing unprecedented immunity agreements and side deals with multiple witnesses in the case — including one in which Comey agreed to prevent his investigators from reviewing any emails from Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills to Clinton’s server administrator Paul Combetta generated in late 2014 and early 2015. The off-limits correspondence, the chairmen point out, could reveal information “directing the destruction or concealment of federal records.”

Astonishingly, before Comey agreed to the June side deal with Mills’ attorney, he “already knew of the conference calls between Secretary Clinton’s attorneys and Mr. Combetta, his use of BleachBit, and the resulting deletions, further casting doubt on why the FBI would enter into such a limited evidentiary scope of review.”

In other words, Comey never really investigated Clinton and her aides for obstruction of justice, as he claimed. Lacking access to key evidence, he couldn’t have explored the possibility, though the circumstances were beyond suspicious.

    http://nypost.com/2016/10/12/did-the-fbi-chief-lie-to-congress-about-the-hillary-email-probe/

The House Oversight Committee on Monday night issued a subpoena to the FBI for more documents related to the agency’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) demanded an unredacted copy of the FBI’s report of its investigation, as well as the summaries of key interviews done during the course of the probe, known as 302s.

“Will the FBI provide to Congress the full file with no redactions of personally-identifiable information?” Chaffetz asked Jason Herring, the FBI's acting assistant director for congressional affairs, during a late afternoon hearing on the documents.

“I can’t make that commitment,” Herring replied.

“Then I’m going to issue a subpoena and I’m going to do it right now,” Chaffetz said, pulling out the document. "We want all the 302s and we would like the full file. You are hereby served.”

Chaffetz, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) and others repeatedly pressed Herring on the justification for blacking out some personally-identifiable information in the unclassified copy of the FBI's report that was provided to Congress.

According to Herring, the decision was made at the highest level of the bureau and took into account whether the person in question was already in the public eye.

“Can you cite any legal case, any precedent that says that Congress cannot look at personally-identifiable information?" Chaffetz asked.

Herring said he could not, but argued that exposing individuals unnecessarily could have a chilling effect on public cooperation with future investigations.

“Where I have a problem is when [the FBI] redact information that is not deemed classified. It makes no sense. I believe that Congress should be able to see that,” Chaffetz insisted.

"While I understand there is an argument to withhold information under the Privacy Act or the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), neither of those apply to Congress or any other committees.”

    She's ruined her credibility.

I'll never believe a god damned thing that comes out of her mouth.

In the video she says that nothing classified was ever sent or received on her email. How would she know? In an interview with the FBI, when asked what the parenthetical ‘C’ meant before a paragraph within the captioned email, she stated she did not know and could only speculate it was referencing paragraphs marked in alphabetical order."

A “C” in parentheses in the body of an email is used to designate a specific paragraph as containing classified information. How could she not know that? She had been instructed in such things, and had signed a statement attesting to that fact.

Did she lie? probably? Does Trump lie? Probably. I heard him say in the debate last night he never met any of the women who accused him, yet one did an interview of him...Do most politicians lie?....probably....I cannot prove it....but I am tired of all of the email talk and now of all of the allegations made against Trump talk, as well...ad nauseum....

I watched the Al Smith dinner tonight....and I felt no hatred towards Trump...He smiled openly at Hillary's roast of him, and even extended his hand to her to shake it and tapped her on the shoulder. I don't think he hates her, either...but he is a fierce competitor and does not want to lose and will try to slaughter anyone that gets in his way.....That is my take on him....anyway...

If he did not have Pence as his running mate, who I cannot stand. I think he is a snake in the grass type...talk about the look of the reptilian aliens....and if he did not threaten the Supreme Court rulings already, I would want to vote for him myself....I do not hate him....but speaking of the Al Smith dinner tonight...that Guilani character, I do despise...always have...he looked like he was seething with hatred there.

I'll make this easier for you. I showed you a video of her cackling as she recounts how "we came, we saw, he died." And so you ask if I'm a Gaddafi sympathizer. That video I provided which shows her expressing glee at one man's death was in response to the pic you provided which shows her looking shocked at another man's death. That you don't understand my comment that she must be a Bin laden sympathizer tells me that you can't recall enough to make the connection between what I provided and what you provided.

Hmmmm. All I did is point out how corrupt Clinton, her aides, her campaign people, and the FBI Director are. If telling me that I'm hating on the lady helps you to ignore these facts, then I would suggest that maybe debate just isn't your game. You're just trying to find any excuse to love on the lady.

Actually copy and paste the non existant smoking gun, rather than posting links to boring emails about aides doing their normal routine, which you think nobody will read, and making them out to be something they are clearly not

I think Ecuador is now seeing Assange for what he really is, some little slime rat trying to weasel his way out of a rape charge, actually release something of any substance, otherwise stop making bullshit claims. Its been ten years of this crap now.....oooh, I have something damming that will make wikikleaks seem substantial, I just aint going to release it yet. Pathetic

    Killing it at that dinner

    Sounding very Presidential

Trump getting booed a lot, he was kind of unnecessarily nasty

  17. I think some of you may be operating under the illusion that this abhorrence of Hillary will subside once she is in office. Like we're all just going through typical election pangs. No. She will be the least liked President in history. Many of us will not even recognize her as president, and this country can take that however it wants to take it. The electoral process is rigged and is no longer valid. I don't recognize it. But she will be held to intense scrutiny, regardless, and you know what? She's gonna fuck it up. Because she serves the wealthy elite and no one else.

It disgusts me that so many of you are so eager to lick up the scraps that your masters feed you.

Of course Hillary and Trump don't hate each other. They're friends. Pals. Confidants. Everything we see is just a show as far as they're concerned, and it's the easiest show in the world to put on. All they've got to do is be the dicks that they are. The only opinions they give a flying fuck about are the opinions of their enormously wealthy friends. Neither Hillary nor Trump give fuck all what we think of them so long as they retain their millions/billions and celebrity status. They're sick psychopaths and you all just lap it up, so eager to see the good in these villains.

Two Candidates with dubious history, skeletons and faux pas continually scrutinised with a choice of 'alleged' corruption or megalomaniac and dangerous desire = "Happy to be a Brit" :)

No illusions the hate is apparent, and ugly.

  20. I specifically chose to use the word abhorrence instead of hate, because I don't hate anyone, but her behavior is abhorrent. Though many people would not be so kind. Hatred always makes me feel sick, so I'm not going there, but I still strongly detest being ruled by wealthy individuals and corporations. I guess other people just don't feel as strongly about that as I do.
