Well, that's funny as I listened to an hours long grilling of the FBI director and he emphatically stated that no laws were broken.

So if you take this video step by step.
Yes there was classified information on the server, but Comey stated that Clinton didn't know the information was classified, or at the minimum there is no way to prove that she did. Watch the entire hearing and he will make this point several times. He also tells us that in this case mens rea applies. That is the law. Mens rea means that there has to be intent.
For example, you come upon a crime scene, walk about it, touch nothing, then exit and call the police. They interview you and ask if you disturbed any evidence. You reply no. Later they find a wade of chewing gum stuck to the bottom of your shoe that contains DNA relative to the case. They find that it is a fact that you did disturb the crime scene and in fact walked off with some important evidence. Can you be prosecuted? You didn't know that you had disturbed the scene, you were grossly negligent for having walked about, and you lied about taking evidence with you. But a reasonable prosecutor will say there was no mens rea. No intent to disturb evidence and no intent to not tell the truth.

Did she supply all the emails? She ordered that all emails be supplied as directed. They weren't. All she can do is comply with the request, which she did. The fact that her lawyers did not supply all of the emails was unknown to her and in contradiction to her orders. Perhaps her lawyers can be held accountable, but not her. Mens rea.

She used multiple devices. This was after the initial set up. The reason for the set up was for convenience so that multiple devices would not be needed. That was what she was asked. Why she set the system up. Later on she did use multiple devices such as a tablet, technology changes. Pulling answers out of their temporal setting and meaning gets us no where.

There is no evidence that there were security breaches. Fact. Is it possible that there were? Sure. Anything is possible, so what? Is it possible that if she had used the government server it would have been breached? Sure, anything's possible.

Were other accounts breached with whom Clinton communicated? Sure. There were also thousands of other persons in the government that communicated with those same accounts. So what? If you want to be fair, go after Clinton on this one and you must also go after every other of the thousands involved. Did she know these accounts were breached??? Mens rea.

She complied with all requests and broke no existing laws.

She was careless. Okay, we covered that. She was careless in respect to her knowledge of computer systems. So what?

In 100 years only one case has ever been brought up in respect to circumstances of this investigation, and that involved espionage. Clinton has never been accused of espionage and I believe the case was dismissed, but I could be wrong on that.

Others in these circumstances may face consequences. From a reprimand to a dismissal. But as Comey stated these consequences would only be job related. She could have been told not to do that again or her security classification altered, or something, so what? She's not in the State Department anymore. If you screw up at McDonalds and put the tomato on the bottom and the burger on top you can be reprimanded or dismissed, but once you leave McDonald's they can't retroactively do a thing to you.

So you can post disjointed videos all you want. I urge everyone to view the entire hearing.
