well the tribes been in existance since about 2000, over the years we have come to an understaning threw trial and error of what rulles or rather guidelines that work for many people living in a small space sustainably. no hoarding everyone works everyone eats no ones in charge, I am not and I have no more say then anyone else I dont hold onto cash and niether do any captains of any buses, we elect a treasurer who does not have any power over the money though is responsible for writting down what the money of teh community pot is spent on so we have an accountablity and no money goes missing. no violence at all between tribe. sometimes it is neccesarry to defend and protect the bus, though as a general rule, violence is not accepted. NO DRUGS or paraphanilia on the bus at any time. smoke your pot off the bus buy and smoke it, at no time do we ever ride dirty. we all make three pieces of hemp jewlery a day or make 30 dollars in what ever way works if you have an issue with anyone you bring it up in council, we have them many times a day to ensure we are on the same page and discuss what we do with our income and wich direction we go, we deal with matters of the community within the community and do not involve babylonian law. no stealing, among tribe or outside of tribe. we have no religious agenda. many folk are differcnt with opposing ideas, thats fine, we accept others and check our own personal agenda. we have had nazis and jewish people, gay and christian and we have always been able to work together and accept differences. If someone is voted off the bus if they just dont mesh with the group or is causing trouble, we drive them to a bus station or somewhere safe, we dont just pull over and kick them out. whats given to the bus stays on the bus, what we create belongs to the bus, we are a tribal bus so that bieng said aftyer you give a donation to the bus you live off tribe funds that we create. if you have cash in your bank keep it there. do not lend money to the tribe if we break down, we will make it happen. this year we are doing a kitchen our primary goal is to feed others, providing an essential need. so we will be collecting funds, collecting food prepariing and providing foods for others, while living communally. the bus is everyones in the tribe. it is not mone or yours but ours. we all equally put into the tribe and we all have equal ownership and say in the happenings. any thing specific you want clarified?
everyone has talents that they excell in. I typically handle the mechanics and the runnings of the bus , though if someone is better at it then me, then I will step aside. some people like to clean, others like to create, others play music, others organise, we all fit into a groove.. and we do what we do best as individuals for the benifit of the tribe. we are family we become that very quickly. losing a member sucks but it happens. people leave people come on. there are things that just happen and we get it...
everything depends on whos involved, when we leave ect is up to those willing to be involved, we do this every year buid a new bus we have had 13 or so so far... its hard to define a date
