k scattered leaves who capatains our bc bus is in the eastern lands now, shes headed back to bc early august and neads hands on her ship. 250 donation to her bus required and obviously live tribe rulles on board...its a one way trip so that why the donations so low.

k as of now july 6th I have two tribe members at the bus getting the old girl ready to ride.

what we want to do here is bring folks out who want to live the highway to the land get a core group working and living together for a bit then Im kicking the bus down to the kids and there ya be!!! your on the highway

same rulles in tribe apply...if you dont want to read the whole thread again...I would start a new one but I dont want to fill the forums with highway child threads.

driver and treasurer can not be the same cat...or dog for that matter

treasurer is elected by the tribe, they have no power over money just accountability to record keeping
money is spent per vote of the magority.

no clicks come as an individual leave as a whole.
we dont want to many people getting on together as they vote the same way and ...well it gets political at that point...were tribe not survivor.
we all make three pieces of hemp a day or an equivilant to the monetoary amount. 30 bucks basically

EVERYONE who comes to the bus must make a donation. that donation for this group of kids has not yet been set.... the highest its ever been was a grand, the least a dollar...seriously it all depends on a lot of factors.

what is made on the bus stays on the bus

bring your donation give it to tribe and live off of bus funds, no individual sach, its not cool when all the kids are working trying to get money to eat and one twinky has a credit card on daddies doller stuffing his face...

guess that falls under the no hoarding rule...

I NEVER touch the money...no siree, im not going on the bus all Im doing is facilitating its organisation. Ill lend a hand, advice, and a direction tribe takes it from there.

I dont want crap to do with any drama....its not utopia kids, drama happens everywhere, we just do our best to avoid it.


there are a few more before you give the tribe anything come out meet us spend a night with us learn the rulles, and see if you will be a fit.

the bus goes everywhere. if the bus can drive there.....its definatley an option.

well, im home now! bus only broke down on me once and the great guys i took it too only charged me about 300 bucks.
i have negative $1200, but whatever.
anyway, if that bus is coming to bc, we gotta party.

the guy i got was a huge dickwad and his supervisor was worse. they kept me there for two to three hours. at least they didnt search the bus too bad, nothing was torn apart.
i drove back around the lakes and went through canada, took six days but i also broke down and had to stay an extra day and a half near sudbury.

So i've been on the land for a little over 2 weeks, waiting for Tom who is coming out sunday night then hopping on the bus which is still planned to leave august 1st. We still need tribe out at the house to get this bus moving, come check it out you can always pm/email drew or me (lady-grinning-soul@hotmail.com) get a hold of us come drop by, hang out, crash on the bus, chill with us...and get travelling on the damn bus as a community of crazy loving mad working folk!!

Once Tom is out here we'll have more mobility because for the meantime i'm out at the house alone with no transportation so the only time we have to get stuff for the bus is when drew is home from work which is close to never. If you're in the niagara region and want to get out here we might be able to arrange something.

Destination is still undertermined for this bus as we need more tribe in order to have a council on that. Tom did mention tix to a phish show in buffalo mid august though....

Feel free to post on the thread, questions, suggestions, whatever...let's get this thing GOING where is the dream in all of you holy crap!!

As for the bus it looks great, needs a couple things and a test drive to get any possible kinks out before hitting the road so get the hell out here and be part of this community!!! Everyone is welcome......the young, the old, the lost, the found.....as long as you have the dream in you.

If you're looking to get picked up along the way let us know, that's also cool but we deffinitly need a solid tribe of a few people in order to get to you so better if you can make it out to us!!

so things are kickin on well.....or so im told, Im not at the farm now, I just worked 17 hrsan after noon wich turned into a night then a morning....

so at the hotel on their internet in welland.......like 15 min from my place so toim and angela are picking me up.....hehehe...perdiem and I get to go home!!!!

so apart from toma and angela, this sister contacted us today and is meeting us friday, sara, and theres this other dude ive been talking to here....not sure what his plans are.

met this crazy bus guy, kinda like me qwell hes got three buses hes interested in putting too tribe use....so this may be gettinga lot bigger a lot faster.

ok so after I worked and posted last, tribe picked me up and we drove to montreal played in la parc la fountain and drove back.....arriving home at 3;30 am
10 am we went insired and got a sticker for the bus.

we are now legally on the road.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tom is behind me saying Im making spelling mistakes.......

took the bus out last night and stayed in the city did some urban camping in the bus, grabbed some paint, and did a lot of networking. I cant believe how well organised things are moving along. though we still need more people involved in this.
I have a had a lot of kids write me and say they want on, but no one is coming out.


we need kids who want to live their dream not just think about doing it at some other time....
