I have a boyfriend and I have nice tits. So I occasionally wear low cut shirts or tight blouses. It is NOT an invite to anyone but the guy I'm attached to. I'm proud of my body, I like it, and I'm not going to hide it to keep guys from assuming I want them in my pants. Do we live in a society where we're suddenly supposed to be ashamed of our bodies again and hide them from anyone but the man who "owns us"? Seems like a rather piggish attitude to me. Saying that wearing revealing clothes is being a cocktease is like saying that girls who wear revealing clothes are asking to be raped.

just because she doesn't want YOU doesn't mean she doesn't want ANYONE. for the man worth having, it's an invitation. for every other loser fucker, it's a tease. isn't that how the joke goes?

There's a rather large difference between wearing revealing clothing and dry humping. A chick can show me her tits and yes, I will like it....but I don't see it as an invite for anything. But if a chick rubs her body against mine and wraps her legs around my waiste (clothing or not) it might as well be a huge green light for bone time.

its NOT asking to be raped in a juristically sense, it is just that there are certain things that are automatically started in a guy when he sees (huge) cleavage, so who do you think is more probably to be raped, some chick where you can see almost everything of her or the one that hides what she has under wide cloths ? so the SAVE place to show your tits would be your gallery here (just a small hint...) !!!!!

THANK YOU, kc, yes, this is exactly how it is.

And Alex, yes, I do hate men... well... most of them... for having delt with them since I was 13, whether they're immature boys or mature men, they think the same way... which is pretty sad.

And everybody else who understands, thank you...

Also please do not take my threads so seriously... thank you...

And for the assholes who called cock-teaser and I like it, well, you gotta get your revenge against men somewhere, I'm bitter, and fundamentally, I don't even notice or realize or mean to "cock-tease", but if it happens, it happens, and whatever.

Every guy is worth having and a loser depending on the situation. There is a big body of mythology women cling on to --- essentially derived from the Christian folklore about monogamy --- that there is ONE good guy out there, whereas all of the others are threats or losers or something.

I am absolutely certain that of the women I've been with, and who loved me afterwards, had I met 'em in different circumstances, or depending on their whim and mood for the day, I'd be the loser and not the guy worth having. But of course they would like to believe differently so they can cling on to their little peanut-brained loser/Mr. Right worldview.

I don't care if you go naked...as far as I'm concerned, revealing your body is not what defines cock-teasing. Say, in tribal societies where women go with bare breasts, it's not cock-teasing at all...

In this society, and especially depending on your attitude, showing cleavage may be cockteasing. There is a whole industry out there for cockteasing purposes alone, and clothing companies are a part of it. Clothes like that are devised for purposes of sexual innuendo, and whoever denies that is either in the clouds or not willing to take responsibility for certain choices.

Blah! I haven't me a single woman who admits to cockteasing. It must be a figment of my imagination because I'm a loser. lol

P.S. I think the clothing issue might have a lot to do with the fact that women (as I keep hearing) are more and more furious every time I mention the bra-burning style of feminism. With the backlash of conservatism since Reagan, women are now demanding their rights to be objectified and objectify men in return. We shall overcome!

So a man is completely and totally nor responsible for his own actions if a woman wears something he finds attractive? It doesn't matter what the law says, it's all the woman's fault - her low-cut blouse MADE me harrass/assault rape her! Is that what you're saying?

Get a clue. There's a reason why the law says a woman can wear whatever the hell she wants and a man still has to take responsibility. It's because a woman's body is her own and not the man's, and responsibility for a man's actions is his own and not the woman's. It's not our job to predict what's going to turn you on and then avoid it. It's your job to control your body, thoughts and filthy mouth.

You're entitled to think whatever you want about us, you can call a woman a bitch and a cock-tease for not putting out when you think she should, but a little hint, Casanova, that attitude isn't going to get you laid anyway, and maybe there's a very good reason the women in your past consider you to be a boorish repulsive pig. You might not like it, and maybe some women do tease, but the responsibilty for what you do with your body is still yours. Walk away, break up with her, call her a bitch or a cocktease, do something else, take a cold shower. But don't cross that line: No remains no. Period.

NOTHING "entitles" you or any other man (or woman for that matter) to sex. We are whole and separate people, our bodies are ours just as men's are theirs. Or perhaps we should all start wearing burquas?

For the record, seeing some of the opinions beginning to be voice here by women who justly consider your attitude to be swinish and stomach-turning, I don't hate men. I love men. I love their bodies and their minds and their habits and their personalities. I love them when they open jars and leave the toilet seat up and stubornly refuse to ask for directions, and I love them when they cook and garden and laugh or cry. I love men for being men, for being individuals, and for being wonderful human beings. My male friends are some of the most awesome, wonderful, fun people in the whole world (even when they "tease" me by wearing muscle shirts that show off their biceps & sexy tattoos.) I love men because they're different from me: they think different, they have different priorities, and also because they are the same, because we're all sharing the same human trip. their world is similar to mine, but viewed at a different angle, and that is where the joy of relationships happens, the exploration and discovery and celebration of similarities and differences and quirks. I love men because they are thinking, feeling, spiritual individuals, and I can say that even after two bad marriages and many relationships that were wonderful and horrible and dysfunctional and fun, with all their aspects, good and bad.

It's not men who are selfish, irresponsible, fucked-up jerks, it's individual losers with attitudes like yours. I'm not interested in bitternes or revenge against half of humanity just because some people act stupid - why should I turn off my own joy? My joy is my responsibility. I'm not going to cast away my sense of joy and wonder at the whole dance of genders within the human experience just because some individual men can't take responsibility for their own heads.

Penny, I hope some day you can realize the same.

Now let's turn off the fuckin' drama. We're all here to have a good time. Peace on earth!

We agree on most of it. Certainly on the basic assumption of your post: nothing entitles a man to a woman's body and he should take responsibility. I don't think GLM thinks men are entitled to rape women who wear scandalous clothes either...so it's a moot point.

I'll only add what is usually too inconvenient for women to admit, because they are so used to getting their sense of self-worth from getting attention: neither your own body nor men's sexual desires are toys.

I have no problem with dressing sexy, and I also show off my own body. It all depends what you do with it. Never in my life have I gotten my rocks off from making women horny knowing that I won't ultimately fuck 'em. THAT, I think, is the issue.

Rape itself has different causes which I might not even be aware of. But I can assure you that gender relations are strained because of this objectification mentality, which women in the feminist movement of the 1970s addressed, and now women, for the most part, are too comfy with the status quo to even acknowledge.

doesn't matter at all. at THAT PARTICULAR MOMENT she might be inviting someone else, NOT YOU. them's the breaks, man. i'd be the last to hammer on and on about monogamy, but a woman has the right to invite or decline anyone she likes, same for men. for anyone she doesn't want, it's just eye candy. if, in the middle of the make out, something feels not right, she still has the right to say no. that may not be the smartest thing, or the nicest thing, and frankly i'd never let it get that far unless i was sure. but it's still her right.

Wait a second. Because a woman wants to look sexy for HERSELF (believe me, women aren't always dressing to impress you guys, sometimes we want to make OURSELVES feel good!) that makes us cock-teasers? Uh no, sorry sweetheart, you are way off.

And come on, women don't need to go around covered from head to toe because some silly men can't control their horomones. That's freaking ridiculous. Geez oh man, I hope to goodness my sons never turn out that way. *shakes head*
