Perhaps his next trip will be to Croatia?

Perhaps he wants to expand his horizons.

He's a very well traveled individual and I'm assuming that he's never been to Croatia. Once he's been there he might actually make a friend or two.

As for time, I have all the time I want. I mean, I have all the time my money allows.

As for India, I have been all around India basically, except for the deep south. Even to Assam, Tripura, Meghalaya and Sikkim. Never been to Kashmir though.
If I go to India I probably visit the south.

As for the Israel thing, I never heard about that, but it is indeed a great solution.

I'd have to say you've effectively admitted that your previous quote is based on that ignorance :)

Alaska has some of the most beautiful expanses of wilderness. It would be an ideal place to escape the daily stress of civilization and a setting to renew yourself. While I suspect that bird is enjoying an enviable stress-free journey through life he may well appreciate the state's beauty.

Of course, one would need to not mind cold weather, depending on what time of year the visit takes place.

The loose piece of paper makes sense.

My mama had to get the same thing when she went to Cuba so that she could return to the US.

Seems like Alaska is a popular option as well. I do like wilderness, I really dislike the cold. I prefer to travel light and I do not want to bring sleeping bags and warm clothing and heavy shoes and all that.
Even for hiking and trekking I prefer sandals. So a warm Alaska is preferred really.

A short mid-summer Alaska visit would be best then.

Personally cold does not bother me too much. I prefer the warmth though...

Cold never bothered me until I discovered warm beach-winters.
Hot chicks in bikini on Christmas, can life get any better?

    I can't argue with that!
