Lady, Thanks for the info. A good deal of what you suggest I have been doing for some time. And some of it is new, and I'll look into it for sure. I too have the MCS stuff and live as much of a non-chemical life as possible. Glad to hear that you've gotten so much better. Hope that continues for you. Thanks!
Avacdo Noni, sorry for the delay, but here is my responce. Can I do cocnut water? Well I can do coconut oil which I use as a flavoring, and for it's detoxing qualities. So probably could do cocnut water. If I could get it here, it would be canned regular supermarket stuff if I can. What mattress do I use. I sleep on the floor on a camp rest air mattress with a regular non-down sleeping bag on top of that. The carpet is more than 20 years old and [hopefully] totally out gassed. Have only been on the zeolite drops since about Feb. 07. Not sure that I notice any differences. Though maybe a little better and clearer energy. But "maybe" isn't much results. However, I believe in giving things a 1 year trial, before deciding wether or not they are worth while. Sometimes it takes things a while to work. I use unscented Seventh Generation Products for house hold cleaning, and Pure Essentials [by Earth science] fragrance free shampoo and condtioner. I use Edge unscented shaving cream. My one commercial product is plain old Ivory hand soap. Absolutely no room fresheners, scented candles, or any other toxic pretty smelling stuff on me, or in my home. Wild food is an interesting concept which intrigues me. But, I doubt that there is much in the way of that out here in the desert. No I don't think that I have heard of Dr. William Hitt. I'll Google him and see. Yes I am quit aware of the mental and spiritual connections with physical illness. Back when there were more resources I went through several years of counciling on those very issues. It helped me to be a better person [with lots of room for improvement]. And helped me adjust, accept, and deal with my stiuation. Though so far, I have to admit, it hasn't as yet made much difference in the way of adding to my physical recovery. But, the effort continues at a personl level, and better results can still come about. Though I have to admit, I do have some pretty down times, where I believe that it will all only end when I do. Some of this downess is mood swing stuff do to brain chemical imbalances caused by allergic reactions to one thing or another. I'm always on that roller coaster. When it passes, I'm a lot more optomistic. Intellectually I know that a cure can happen. After 26 years, emotionally, I often have a hard time believing that it will. But, I work on it. Did I drink coffee? Lived on it! Espresso strong! Also, drove that train through the land of snow with Casey Jones for about 5 years. Yeah I do feel exhausted a lot -- nearly always to some extent. To me it feels like adrenal exhaustion. There are time when I feel almost normal for a few hours or maybe even days, plenty of energy and preform in life nearly like before. I think and feel like I am running on my adreanals at those times. Then suddenly it wears off, and I crash into near comatose exhaustion for a few hours, or even days. Yes I' am fully aware of the benfiets of eating organicly. I uesd to eat 100% exculsively oragnicly. Then the resources for that were gone. So, out of shear necessity I went back to plain old Safeway Food. And, amazingly enough, didn't notice any real difference in my well being. And I don't mean Twinkies! Produce! I watch what supermarket food goes into my mouth! It is always the safest, and always the few items I can tollerate. It seems to me, as far as tollerating foods -- it is what they actually are, more than wether or not they are organic. I know oraganic is better and helps. But at the minute, it is out of reach. No never did bovine adrenal cortexes -- never even heard of that. I have heard of Maca Root powder, and have seen it in stores, but am completely unfamiliar with it. Something else I should google. Juicing could help, but at the minute, resources constrain that. At the minute resources constrain far too much and are a major obstical to all issues of my life. So, there is much I should do, and would do, but, find myself doing without. This is a whole nother hassle I have to deal with. Which causes me a lot of stress I would do a whole lot better without. And also, don't really have an answer to at this time. Though I'm searching. God, this all sounds so pathetic, doesn't it?! Sometimes I have a hard time believing that it is real. Any way, thanks for your assistence and input. I hope this info answers your questions, and is helpful to us both. Thanks! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- What kind of mattress do you sleep on? Most are required to be treated with formaldehyde and other flame retardant chemicals that volatilize into the air that we breathe directly all night. Same with carpets. This can congest the liver big time and make us allergic to completley normal and natural foods. I would stick with the zeolites for all of this until you can change the living situation. Also what do you clean your house with? What kind of shampoo do you use? Some of these can contain extremely carcinogenic and nerve toxic ingredients that don't contribute to vital and energetic health. Wild food is super potent and healing in my opinion. Fresh dandelion flowers, chickweed, whatever grows around you is always extremely good for you and very oxygenating and vital. Wild food is the most vital food next to sprouts imo. Have you heard of Dr. William Hitt? Sometimes our physical condition is a reflection of a deeper spiritual issue...and I would actually tend to think that is always the case. No one gets sick without it happening for a reason... Working on your belief system, and starting to believe that there is absolutley a cure to anything if your 100% committed to finding a solution.[/QUOTE]
