knit yourself a scarf, so you don't get chilly when walking to the packy... hehehe...i couldn't resist....
for sure man, truely grateful. I'm gonna go check out Extreme Couture in Vegas SuperBowl weekend, hopefully. if you don't mind I'll send you my heavybag routine and maybe you can break it down for me and tell me what I should add and/or take off. I do 2 one with traditional boxing and the other Muay Thai about 3 times a week.
Yeah friend. Somewhere I know I've posted my Lethwei (Muay Thai) bag drills. I'll hunt them down. Give me a little time though, I've foregotten where I posted it. I'm really glad people like Coture have gotten involved in training athletes. The martial arts have changed more in the past 15 years then they have in the previous 1000 years. I thank MMA. And Bruce Lee.
I'm sad to say that muay thai as it's taught in the US is very commonly modified American kickboxing. The differences are very subtly imporant. Not to say that you won't get muay thai instruction, or it won't be good. It just will likely lack a little flavor. But that's a long diatribe. You should totally be a Muay Thai fighter.
Oh, I got homeboy from the kickboxing gym in Fort Lauderdale to hook me up with an interview. It's great.
