    my ex sister in law when from being a robustly healthy, muscular, curvaceous piece of bodily beauty to so thin she passed out while driving her daughter to school and ended up in the hospital. she's lost her mind along with half her body weight. her brain has suffered trauma from trying to be thinner than her body can handle. it's fucked up and sad.
