Ya, two things:

1. Get a multi-vitamin. Zinc increases semen production. Proceed not to ejaculate for at least 5 days after taking first one. GL.

2. Give yourself a safe, gentle, educated enema (use Intarwebs 4 this). Get some lube or just use a ton of spit. Get a toy or use your (washed) fingers very, very gently. Lay down kind of on your belly but with 1 leg slid up a bit, and keep reminding yourself to relax your belly. Massage your anus for a long time, until it's way relaxed. You almost don't need to go in at all, just barely; you'll feel the muscle's thickness.
