Have to cut

    True to a point, it does depend entirely upon the company in question.

    But like I said, I've yet to have a problem in the graphic design field (not just this company) with dreads.

    it's been a year since I combed and I fucking miss em. But I also love the feeling of washing my hair without lox... dries way quicker... and styling is fun sometimes. I don't really do much different now anyway, the real difference is conditioner.

    I want to start them again when my hair is mad long.

    Yeah I want to keep my hair super long in hopes to start them again.

    Ah yeah prolly not. Not for me I will probably Twist and Rip instead of backcomb.
