    Not listing the seminal punk band is rather silly. Elvis has influenced everything that has come since him, that includes the great stuff and the dreadful stuff. He is not a band though.

    sex pistols were a major factor wiyh the uk punk scene . also others like siouxsie and the banshees / stiff little fingers / jilted john / splodgeness bounds /spizz energy / iggy pop / uk subs etc etc.....not to mension sham69 / cockney rejects....../peace/
