It totally for sure wasn't in the new posts lists.

 

I don't know about the other chat threads, but this thread was established by me, for the propose of being an open topic type of a chat thread.


In these forums, the basic form is for each thread to have a topic. To get around this rule I stated in the very first post in the thread that the purpose of the thread was to hang out, to meet other people, to try and make new friends, and to be an open topic chat with one another type of space. A home.

This seems to either bypass the rule structure or to be acceptable as a type of topic. MODs let it run. Now it's the largest thread in the hippie area, by far.

What I'm trying to say is to try explaining your thread that you establish kind of like I did in my first post or two. Open discussion any topic.

See the first pages in this thread as an example. OK?

Hi Everyone,

Apologies, I've not been back in here for a while. Is Room No. 10 still available on the third floor? I like being high up, it reminds me of when I used to work in a shop, I went up to the top floor (third), and for some reason the doors, walls, and low sloping ceiling were all painted a wishy washy green. And they had these beautiful little jutty out windows, and small cosy rooms. It just seemed really homely to me, peaceful and high above the noisy high street below. Which makes me wonder, where is the Hippe House based? (I never can remember where I am!) Is it in the heart of the city, the suburbs, or way out in the country?

I do love art, I especially love fantasy and science fiction art, I love sketching and dabbling in colour pencil art. I also love musical instruments, I've collected quite a few, but I'm pretty much a jack of all trades and master of none! I like writing fiction and would one day love to complete a novel. I hope you don't mind lots of musical instruments around and journals for scribbling and drawing in!
