Took a mental health vacation day today. I will try to get stuff done around the house.

 

How'd the vacation work out, yesterday?

 

Slept way too much. I guess it was good if I needed it. But now I will just have to work harder to get stuff done now.

 

A friend of mine use to say, "If you're hungry, eat. If you're tired, sleep." The same person use to say something about, you can't sleep any longer then you need.
Just thoughts.

As they say, work smarter, not harder.

I always wondered upon hearing that one. Does that mean that if I work really really really super smart then all of the hard work will be really really easy to do?

 

No it means use tools for the job. It is quite easy to do both but it depends on the job.
The day guy that does my job will take wheel barrow after wheel barrow of cleanup to the bin. Where i will take the bin to the mess. I still have to work hard to get the mess up but i am working smarter because i am using my energy more eficiently.

 

Yes, efficiency.

One of my favorite things in life.

Things like Love, joy, fun, romance, sex, chocolate, being beneath small waterfalls, great food, good friends, the easy life, efficiency, and planning ahead.

I often try to guess what someone is doing right now, when i know what they are likely doing. Tiger is at some hotel right now getting ready for a walk.

 

That's a good guess. I like it. Do ya think that he's also trying to figure out where the best dancing is this Friday and Saturday? Maybe.

 

Hey housemates,
For the time being i have been 3 days in Singapore town,and i stay 3 days more..this country is based on shopping malls,consumption society..but still..i am having a great time over here..it is so clean and organised over here i could not believe my eyes..yesterday i visited Chinatown,Little India and Marina Bay and Merlion,did a boat trip on the Singapore river as well..
lots of tourists here,doubledeck bus in their own private lines,and not a paper to spot on the roads,because littering is a crime here..I visited Tiger balm garden today= a crazy place all related to Chinese mythology and the unguent Tiger Balm from the Aw brothers..i am staying in a Chinese hotel,i am moving out on sunday towards Melaka(Malaysia)and will also visit Ipoh and Penang island..i will be back home on 22september and will put a full rapport about my whole trip in my blog(with pictures)

Yeah, I guess that Tiger didn't talk about learning to dance like those Siamese women do, with the hands and everything. But if he does dance in the future, I bet that he'll tell us about it. I'm still hoping for that.

I'm happy. I've got niece and nephew with their families coming today from another state to hang out through the Labor Day long weekend. They' are all taking off from Friday through Monday, inclusive. We'll have fun. They all love to get out of town. A different city is a big adventure for them all. And I'm the Fav and only uncle. YEA!
