My state has gone to the driver's license method.

Last time I was called upon, I was paid $25 per day. I was there for 3 days then dismissed without being called because the next day was Thanksgiving.

 

One time I got jury duty the day before I was to leave for Vegas. I told the head officer that I paid for the tickets before I got the notice. She said I still had to stay for the day in case I got on a trial that lasts one day. I think it is more likely a unicorn walked into the courthouse.
I got called up for one case and the judge said if you can't be here for 2 weeks you can go. So I went down and waited for the rest of the day for nothing.

It should only be by license. Then they know at least you can possibly drive there.

 

August looks groovy to me...yesterday i went to an outdoor art market called Montmartre Mol...together with a 60 year old lady friend..
she an painting artist as well style Jeroen Bosch(abstract)nice lady...typical gypsie type...we had a nice time together yesterday.. :bandana:
next saturday==Yellowstock festival in Geel==i got my ticket booked online and printed it out..
it's a fesival I've never been to==stonerrock,spacerock etc...even a group from Mali is performing there=probably Tuareg rock...
then on 21st until 23th August===a festival which i REALLY like===Swing Wespelaar===see link...It's blues music...
then on 26th I fly most probably with Qatar Airways direction Malaysia to explore that country..it's always a dream for me to visit...
I might include Singapore as well...if they allow me in??? :devil: because they are bit strict towarding hippie types(hihihi)

I do not need a visa for Singapore...neither for Malaysia...just a valid passport which is still going 6 months after entry date....
plane ticket with Qatar Airways booked today and confirmed..I'll be away on an adventure between 26th August=21st september...

oh..but.I'm not gone yet..oh no..stiil hope many years to come...before I depart towards the eternal hunting fields(ahah) :dizzy2:

I've just been having so much fun living life lately! My aunt, uncle, and three cousins came back from China for a month between July 3rd and August 6th to visit, so that was fun. My other uncle decided to surprise us and drove from Oregon to Iowa to stay for a few weeks, I love having him back (though it is kind of annoying to have a new house guest for so long..). We also got together as a family with my grandparents and great grandma for bbq which was nice, I really love seeing my family and spending time with them.

Just today I had a lot of new adventures! A friend and I took our doggies out to the beach yesterday for the first time, which was adorable. My rescued basset hound was nervous of the water but slowly started to check it out when she realized the water cooled her off That same girl invited me to go kayaking today. It was my first time and I LOVED it!!! It got me a good arm workout and a tan! Then she showed me some of her favorite hidden natural beauty spots around the forest and lake, and we headed to the beach. Took her skinny dipping for the first time and she fell in love with it! Darn me, bad influence But then her and I did a little shopping together, went to Petco, and grabbed dinner. She's a huge animal lover and I think we could really hit it off

So anyway, update on my life. .I'm pretty happy with things
