I wonder if you are allergic to one of the eyedrops you are taking. I don't know if that is possible.

 

you could be right,specs..went for my last control last thursday to the eye surgeon..he said earlier i could have an allergy towards tobradex??but how can they prove that??to be honest...he could not tell me whether i got a bacterial or a viral infection?
it's not easy to put a diagnosis in the beginning...now after 3 weeks and a lot of drops,my eyes are still infected
herpes test was done..which was negative..today I went to my house doctor for a second opinion..
and I think he gave me some good stuff..i'll keep you all informed..

I'm still plannning a trip to Romania between 5th-23th August...
and hey...I might go to this festie==gosh what a line up...:2thumbsup:

good morning roamy.. I was just thinking of starlight as I dug up a beautiful hollyhock to put in someone's garden.. the huge leaves would make a great dinner for him..
as roamy says tiger, we're hoping for the best with your new eyedrops.. it's no fun waiting for the healing to happen..

 

I am glad that your doctor gave you different eye drops. Hoping all goes well for you now. I am sorry you had such a hard time. My eyes are doing just great. I want that for you also.

 

thanks specs,maura,roamy...went for a second opinion to another eye doctor today..eyes still infected..
she told me it's a 100% viral conjunctivitis..new drops with dexamethasone...have to go back next wednesday for a check up...my holiday is not in danger,she said..I'll keep you all updated...gosh...you're all such nice housemates..I blow you all a 1000 kisses...:love:

I went into the center of town today...some Harley fans already arrived...it's terribly hot weather here...good for the fun,the joy,
the merriment and the show..I usually go this yearly extravaganza...it's nice to see that folks enjoy riding their Harleys..
for the local pubs...these days are heydays if the weather is sunny..I live in this town..I spend my teenage years here...
I got LOTS of positive memories...I'm proud to live here..:2thumbsup:
and the locals..they know me...they know WHO i am,how i profile myself...
and they respect me for being bit of a crazy citizen in this place(ahahahah)
an impression how it goes...and will go tomorrow...uhuhuh:love:

There is a meet like that in Sturgis South Dakota... I've never gone myself but looks to be a good time.

@ ranger,tyrson..thanks for posting...the rallye here today...well..for the time being it's 10.30 a.m...and the weather==heavy rain and thunder...in Belgium it's like that if the weather has been VERY hot...we get rain..then it stops,and it can be scorching hot again..I hope that this afternoon it clears up and gets sunny..otherwise lots of the fun is gone for most of them...few years back they stole 13 Harleys in 1 event:devil:last year 1..there are always crooks looking around to get some Harley stolen,security is high...and this town cannot take more then a limit of bikers...I think 5000 is the maximum..otherwise it would create some problems here...this town center is only 4 or 5 main streets..i heard about Sturgis,Daytona etc..and the USA bike events are much more organised then over here...their bikes are also more beautiful ,i reckon..the babes,the wet T shirt competition,the hardrock music..that's private for the Harley riders...
they stay at a campsite few miles out of town...I bet they have their fun

P.S..Update...13.20h...rain has stopped..It's getting warm and hot again...as I suspected..good for the riders...
@roamy...lots of leather around here today...not only sandals...would be a feast for starlight the naughty goat(ahahah)

 

I know the Reno rally spreads to take in nearby small towns like Virginia City of Comstock historic fame.

 

@ranger..the Harley days were a big succes...on saturday morning however...there was a local rain and wind event as well(uhuh):devil:
they claim there were around 2300 bikes present...lots of animation and extravaganza...the usual stuff,bikes,babes,booze,tattoos..
I met a Dutch married couple which I knew from last year...they took this pic of me...ahahah
