hello Tiger.. I'm grand, as we Irish say.. yes, I'm goalkeeper, as the ball can't get past me when we use the kiddie size net, but everything gets past me when we use the proper size!! The glimses of beautiful sunshine lure me outside to do the gardening, but it's just now become wet & cold, so the cyber world is a godsend..

hi Tiger.. summer WAS in the air.. I wouldn't be sitting at the computer if it wasn't so wet & foggy out there.. My son is in Glastonbury, where they are getting ready for the festival, & hoping (dancing & chanting) for better weather.. How are you Tiger?

 

I had my first cataract surgery Monday and although I can see distance with the right eye reading or being on the computer is close to impossible. Left eye surgery will be on July 1 and on July 10 I should get the new prescription for glasses. About a week or two after that I should be able to read again also. Until then I am trying to limit my online time to a half hour or less at any time.

Tyrsonswood moved into his new house yesterday. He does not have phone or internet connection yet so he is offline for now as well.

Best wishes on your operation Tiger. It really was not as bad as I imagined.

My arms are not long enough to reach the keyboard and read the screen at the same time. Very strange.

Thanks for the welcome home Tiger . While It's easy to loose yourself in life and escape from reality It's always possible to recenter your being and start a new mate.. Sometimes we need those escapes to rediscover what and who we are.. Honesty is always the best policy in life cause when you lie its becomes a chain event where all of you lies stack on top of each other creating a house of cards and when those cards come tumbling down it impacts everyone around you..

Heya Roamy good to see ya Yah i got caught up in a life adventure was a real learning experience to say the least but even being far away I still wondered how everybody was doing back here so i found my way back home.. A summer party sounds just like what we need to bring some life back to the house.. Lets plan a day and time I'll bake us some goodies I'll be in the kitchen making a list of ingredients that i need from the local market.. Maybe someone can make us some punch :drool:

I'm in for that party..punch,snacks,pizza,sphaghetti,pastrami sandwiches,all kind of salads,anything goes..I'm sure there will be ample of food..but we need a crowd as well..I recall that luau luau party..that was really something to look back on...
I'll go around the house today...and knock on every door...and invite everbody to participate..
I hope they will open their door..lots of the residents were holding a winter sleep..
forget about old struggles and words..we are family..and if a problem arises..it has to be solved and talked away..:2thumbsup:

Wohoo i can feel the the good times coming already.. Wonder if we could convince Ty to stop by with his bus again and take us for another ride boy that was really something.. I can groove to just about any type of music.. Maybe we could convince one of these great musicians from the forums to stop by and give us a live performance boy wouldn't that be a treat.. Anybody seen jungle jack or any of the old crew around lately? Sure do miss everybody.. Roamy i was up in the attic today and it's an open space looks like nobody has moved in.. I actually dropped my bedroll there and slept last night remembering some of the awesome times we had up in there.. Made me grin from ear to ear.. I do hope you will come back home again soon.. I know you asked what summer solstice meant.. It's the official calender date for the start of the summer season..
