Also, anyone with a cat know how to get paint off of them? I put my oil paints on a palette thing and Pixie stepped in it and now has a blue paw... It's oil which won't wash out unless you use white spirit or something, guessing its okay to just leave it, its only on her fur.. might rename her blue moon

Do you have Dawn dish detergent in the UK? They show it here in commercials being used to clean off wildlife that got stuck in oil spills. :love:

 

Good idea Spectacles...You could try using washing up liquid Mama...Wouldn't do any harm to the kitty.

 

I'll see if I can scrub it off, I only noticed it today but the paints been out a few days up on my table so it might be days old! We dont have Dawn here as far as I'm aware!

 

Most dish washing liquid detergents are palm oil based and can get fresh paint out of an animals fur... If the paint has dried it's a little more difficult.

 

I've asked my fav cat lady Rita who also is an artist and she says, "If it's dried it'll wear off turpintine etc is more harmful than paint."

 

Monet used to paint with his dick (no lie) and it never did him any harm.

 

I think I'll leave her, she looks cool with one blue foot! And its doing no harm but i think pinning her down and trying to get it off will just result in stress! She's cuddly but only when she comes to you!

Fairlight, I paint with my feet a lot of the time, I painted a tree with my feet once,was really fun

 

Actually having a moderately nice sunset here in London...At least from the window I'm looking out on.

My beautiful doggie girl Lily has just died in front of me. She ran in from the garden and charged straight into a plate glass window breaking her neck. We are totally numb and disbelieving at the moment.
