My friend Linda was the first woman to be invited to the Kings Invitational in Thailand. She teaches kicking now. I prefer a woman who can handle herself. Someone I can count on to watch my back not to end up a baby sitting job 24/7.

Training and reflex speed count more than mere size.

Good morning. I hope you all are well and happy :sunny:

I rarely get sick but I have a cold and/or seasonal allergies. :(

My grandkids are out of school all week for Fall Break and today is my oldest granddaughter's 10th Birthday.

My niece's husband died of a prescription drug overdose, as determined by the coroner. His body was released for cremation yesterday. I suppose there will be a memorial service on Saturday.

On the subject of Martial Arts... My sister-in-law's friend, who is about 55 years old, is a Choi Kwang Do instructor. She the highest ranking Female Black Belt (4th Degree) in our state. She was also the world's first Female Black Belt in Choi Kwang Do.

Hmmm....That's all I've got for now. Time to get dressed and go expose myself to some more Ragweed and Goldenrod allergens all day long out in the yard with the kids.

Good evening! Is ragweed the same as Ragwort, I wonder? We have an invasive weed in the UK called ragwort, its seriously toxic to animals. I've spent a lot of time pulling that nasty stuff out!

We have 2 more stray kittens...Let's see...

    Cat Count -
    2 indoor cats
    1 indoor-outdoor cat
    3 stray adults
    2 stray kittens

    Yep, 7 for now.

Ugh, this cold. I'm running a little fever with it so I'm calling it a cold. Some of my friends swear by Hot Toddy's so I guess I'm going to have one.

7 indoor... None outdoor. There are a few neighborhood kitties that come out to greet Koa on our walks but they don't live here.

It's not too bad so far. Out of them all there is one feral female. I'm not sure of the gender of her one kitten. Everybody else is male and/or altered.
