I dont train anymore apart from sometimes when I'm angry. I got a toddler that keeps me crazy active!

 

My youngest son got kicked out of school the first day of the first grade for defending himself using a trick he had seen me use in practice. Thetwo bullies who ran the playground tried to kick him and he caught the bully's heel and lifted dumping him on the pavement.

Looks like England is flooding again, mainly up north from what i can see.
The news said that we should expect a months worth of rain in just 48 hours, people having to evacuate their homes!! I wonder if London will flood...its been raining but not as bad as some places further north!

Ha, I look funny when I fight, I'm only tiny - just about 5"1 and about 100lbs or so!

But I kick ass
Strangely I really hate violence and conflict but I feel like doing it as a sport is more of a release than a fight, just kick a girl in the jaw or get a nice hook to my cheek, love it.
