With our oldest son, my husband and I still couldn't decide on a name even 2 days after he was born. *lol* We named him Kylan. With our twins, we were still pretty up in the air with names once we had them, but my husband ended up letting me name them because he felt bad that I had had such a rough delivery and whatnot. So I picked out Sylas for our little boy twin and Mayzie for our little girl.
wow those are nice names! i like em. i couldnt decide either, but my girlfriend picked them and i love them so it was easy for us. but, theres always more kids to be had, right?
Thankyou very much! We had a few names picked out before our kids were born, but we both felt like we needed to see our babies, hold them, and interact with them before we could firmly commit to a name(s). I had a few favorites, I was hell-bent on naming our oldest son Isaac. But when I held him for the first time, I looked at my husband and said "he's not an Isaac!" *lol* So that idea was shot.
Oh wait, with a due date of November 1st, she might not be even feeling the baby yet. Duh. Excuse my scatter-brain.
i see what you mean, i should tell her about this and keep that in mind! well, im sure we will know what name is perfect when the time comes. although i do really like the names we have so far, things are always changing.
no actually she felt the baby last night, very faintly she said, i could kind of feel it too. it tripped out and i love it!
AWESOME! I miss that feeling, it was such an amazing experience! I remember the first time I felt my oldest son moving. I was about 4 months pregnant. My husband and I were out doing some browsing. I didn't even know what was happening at first, but when I realized, I practically screamed "Honey, honey! He's MOVING!" I had quite a few people turn and look at me like I was nuts, but I could care less. I was so happy! I remember as he got bigger, my whole belly would just move all over the place. He'd kick me really hard and you would see my belly jump. Sometimes it got uncomfortable because he was so dang strong in there! *lol* My twins, let me tell you, that was sure a crazy experience. I felt them moving very early into my pregnancy. I was around 10 weeks pregnant when I started feeling them fluttering about. Then as they got bigger, it was like a wrestling fest in there. My doctor would laugh when he saw them on the ultrasound because my daughter actually did a flip and kicked her brother in the head, and then he pushed his hand out at her like he was trying to swat her one. It was pretty funny. But I sure do miss that feeling. Nothing like it.
wow that is so neat. and funny too! we were so happy when we first felt it too, but last night you could really feel it ya know? it was so cool. i love babyies~!
Yes, babies are wonderful. I can't believe how fast the times goes too. It seems like just yesterday that my kids were teeny-tiny newborns, and now I've got a huge 5 year old (that kid is tall as heck, he's up to my chest in height already!) that just lost his 5th tooth two days ago, and two rambunctious toddlers that talk a mile a minute getting ready to celebrate their 2nd birthday next week. They're really growing up. *sniffs* Where did the time go? Cherish those baby days, believe me, they are gone in the blink of an eye!
oh i will cherish them trust me. and i hope your birthday babies have a great birthday! that sounds so fun.
Yeah, we're having a cook-out for their birthday. I hope that we have good weather for it! We had a cook-out last year too. It turned out awesome and everyone had a great time. So much fun! Thanks for the happy birthday wishes.
