    Indeed. At first glance I was asking myself if that was a bezel ring (silver ribbed dial) on top, and if it moves. Those single digit numbers threw me off- degrees vs mils - etc, etc.

    Sorry to disappoint but I bought it on Amazon. Lol I have had it for nearly 2 years but haven't yet put it to good use. I was hoping it would help me accurately mark the boarders of my property but I don't have a clear line of sight from one corner to another so it is making that difficult.
    Any hints or tips on surveying would be very much welcomed, lol:D
