yea....im just weird i guess. but i'm really not as skinny as my photos suggest. my tummy isnt that flat anymore and theres a reason the pics are from the waist up. i have a BIG ass. a profile view of me is like two different bodies connected at the waist. my upper body is reasonably thin, but my lower body is another story entirely.
Yeah I know what you mean, there seems to be a lot of tennage girls ( 16+ ) that have a great upper body but their ass is way out. You know there are exercises which are made primarily for getting rid of ass fat eh?
then you did your calculation wrong. a BMI under 20 is considered underweight...maybe your BF% is 10, but thats different than your BMI a guy that is 7'6 and weighs 120 has a BMI of 10 are you that guy?
I lost 20 lbs in two weeks because I ceased just sitting in front of my computer all day. standing, walking, and throwing damaged polycarbonate lenses at coworkers is amazing excercise.
If it makes you feel any better the other end of the scale is no better Ive been trying to gain a little weight for months now Illness makes it drop and drop, and its scary. Hopefully your problems less complex and you can exercise away your weight. If no imrpovement with rigorous exercise and eating less after a few months, ask a doctor if everythings ok. Im sure it is though. Maybe youre near the weight your body wants to be
Wait ive just looked at your pics...youre ALREADY very slim! Sorry i dont work in pounds as im in Britain so didnt realise, but yes, you look fine! Defintely NOT overweight...at all... Youre probably not losing weight because your body knows thats the ideal weight for it, and if it dropped lower youd be UNDERweight
Ive just done my BMI and im 18.7, which is apparently JUST within range. But my weight is below what i want because im ill. Usually im about 7.5 stone, which is a BMI of 19.8. That felt much more comfortable For those who were unsure BMI Categories: Underweight = <18.5 Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
