The environment protection programs were established before the war ended.

I've seen the rediculous bollocks. Your dumb posts and feedback, you get passionate to the point you just make shit up. It's nonsense, all of it. Go back to British politics mate.

Interesting :) Do you have a few examples?

Quoted for truth. Maybe not ALL of it, but yes, far too much passionate but nonsensical yelling to the point people really don't see the point in reacting to you (Vlad) in seriousness. I hope he sees this as a hint, but probably not :(

And not that this is what you were after, but..

As we celebrate Earth Week, it might seem obvious that ecological thinking and aims are always aligned with moral behavior and compassion. But that isn’t always the case, and it certainly wasn’t the case in Weimar and Nazi Germany where the field of modern ecology emerged.

Surprisingly, Nazi leadership ardently championed renewable energy, and institutionalized organic farming and land use planning on a level unmatched by any nation past or present. These environmental policies might seem like a welcome departure from the rest of the Nazi program, but their environmentalism was actually grounded in the same racist worldview that shaped the Holocaust.

Despite the racist underpinnings of Nazi environmentalism, the desire to live in better partnership with the planet and participate in contemporary environmental activism does not make one a Nazi. Exploring how to live well with one another and nonhuman life on this planet is, undoubtedly, a vital task of this generation. But this task demands that we understand the origins of our modern ecological science and some of the devastating ways that those ideas can be operationalized.

So while not the example I know you hoped for, it kind of has grounds for the examples you seek.

Yeah, and David Duke, neoNazi and former KKK Grand Dragon, was another ardent environmentalist. And Himmler liked dogs. To bad that didn't extend to non-Aryan humans!

All of the alcohol has been consumed by the royalty, elite, rich and glamorous ever since ancient Greece. Perhaps that poster may also explain why FAC was never documented, sculptured, painted or even photographed in over 270,000 years?

Let politics be politics ladies and gentlemen. Let science be another matter.

  17. A few ideas; for one the survival rate may have been diminished for much of that period. But the greatest factor is the alcohol content which remained relatively low for much of human history. Another is the age of distilled spirits which began around 1405. I also suspect that the availability of distilled spirits over the ages likely had peaks that led to this syndrome.

The 20th century is where alcohol distribution became so routine that alcohol poisoning deaths also have a track record. And I don't mean from tainted prohibition era concoctions, just people who drank themselves to death because awareness was slim.

As for this example, I'd prefer to see more such composite charts for comparison before I'm willing to accept one that looks so much like Carrie junior.

We ought to return to those earlier peaks.

  19. If you get diagnosed with FAS it means that your mother drank alcohol whilst pregnant.
To those of you out there saying stuff about people’s appearance and making claims about them having fas you are affectively saying that the mother caused this issue.
Genetics play a part in who you look like.

Suggesting FAS to argue with the political opinions of others is a rather pathetic approach to make yourself heard over them and the original suggestiveness is not just criminal, it an attempt to take everyone for a very sad ride.
