    I thought about the Headstones, and I was trying to find something from Hard Core Logo to put up here. I have that film on VHS. :X

    I was really hoping nobody would mention Billy Talent, who ripped their name from the cult classic film.

    Oh yeah, and Eve6. They stole their band name from an X-Files episode about a little girl named Eve who was cloned.

    While he was born and raised in Canada, he has spent the last 43 years living in the U.S., which includes almost all of his recording career. I think its a stretch to say that his music is "Canadian", as it was not recorded in or about there, he didn't live or reside there at the time, nor does it impart stylistic or other qualities that would make it endemic to Canada.

    thanks for that, man. i remember you talking about them a long while ago, and hearing about them from a few other people who i think have pretty good taste in music....i'd always wanted to hear them, but never actually had
