Government controlling the weather and so on

I did. I don't believe HAARP can control/change the weather. If it can, I'd like to see it in action. Has any independent scientists/researchers attempted to study the atmosphere around the site to establish if anything is happening? Or did somebody just read the patent and presume it would work, and is occurring.

he had expreiments that did things that we cant duplicate today. the harmonic thing he invented is something the military would like to figure out. could destroy buildings without bombs.... less messy

The government isn’t controlling the weather but they are trying and in the process causing earthquakes, tsunamis, and deadly tornado outbreaks

Are you talking about HAARP or just geoengineering in general?
I do think they can fly through the atmosphere and help it to rain.
But that's about it.
I'd like to see HAARP change the weather.

 

I lived close to dc I assumed they used weather manipulation last winter when it snowed pretty much all around dc and I mean fuckingsnowed hard. Dc was fine though... Everywhere else, fucking fucked

Is there a thread here talking about governments removing climate changing chemicals from use through legislation etc: reduction in emissions /ban on CFC's / move to nuclear etc etc

 

I dont know of any threads no. they do experiments with nuclear engines in our atmossphere though

"controlling" is a slight exaggeration, but deliberately and premeditatedly influencing it, by a number of means, chemical and otherwise, is a simple fact.

 

if you look at the weather all over the worlds, it has been extremely unusual. the government tries it's best to control everything so why is it so hard to believe they are tryin to control the weather as well? look at the tornado outbreak of april 2011 in mississippi alabama tennessee and georgia. then a few months later the same the thing (though not as bad) takes place over the plains. just doesnt quite make sense.

 

2012 has yeiled the strangest weather yet.

I know they spray chemicals in sask / AB to break up hail before it lands.
