Government controlling the weather and so on

controlling is a stretch, but a small one. it's still far from an exact science, let alone an off the shelf technology. it is however, indeed a tactic used in modern warfare to the extent existing technology and science makes possible.

 

ah yes. weather manipulation is real. as far as chemtrails go-they have been sneaky with those here lately-not doing them in daylight here anymore, but just before daybreak. the holographic stars they are using i think in japan are pretty disturbing. and the tupac thing VERY disturbing considering they also faked his voice...yikes! believe nothing you hear and only part of what you see...

One of my friends is really interested in the weather and checks the radar pictures online all the time. He took some screen caps of a radar screen and you can clearly see these concentric circles in the clouds on the radar. When he showed it to me, HAARP was the first thing that came to my mind.

 

I continuously check the weather and couldn't agree more, I've seen the same thing many times. They have caused earthquakes every where except north america, figure that will happen next.

 

I do not know much about this subject, sadly. But I have thought this for a long time. I once did a quick Google search when one day the thought came out of the blue to me. I do believe it happens and I do believe it has very serious consequences or will have in the near future. How long do you guys think they have had this technology? Messing with Mother Nature, never going to end well in my opinion.

 

I've known about all this weather stuff for ages, however I recently heard they are using it for mind control. Making us depressed and more sheep like? Anyone have an absolute on this aspect of it?

 

I think the economy, stress, and TV news do a good enough job of this... Doubt they would need anything else.

 

My boyfriend and I noticed really weird heat lightening patterns last year. I just realized we haven't seen anything like it this summer. these black clouds would appear out of nowhere. They stood alone and were never connected with a storm system. Huge balls of heat lightening could be seen inside the clouds.

I don't know if it's haarp or climate change but my gut instinct tells me it's not normal. I've been observing these skies my whole life and I've never seen anything like it.

The majority of people don't really look up or spend much time outside anymore so it's easy for the average person to miss a change in normal weather patterns.

 

I think if they do control the weather for them to let our crop in the mid west die from lack of rain is not a very nice thing for them to be doing...

 

Shits about to be FUBAR. The government is controlling aspects of the climate to help achieve conduct & global domination. these are the beginning of sorrows as predicted.

What really annoys me most about this, is that despite the fact we know, and probably many more people out there know, there really seems like there is nothing we can do to stop it!

They literally have us where they want us, they are so much more powerful than they make out and it really won't be long before 'big brother' style shit starts going down, all they need to do is create one world wide catastrophe, act as if they can help us, make us put all our trust into them and make us feel as if being under their control is the only way we will survive, and then....well I don't even want to think about it, goodbye any type of freedom we already thought we had

 

well it isn't exactly "the government", more the corporate chamber of commerce that has usurped "the government". more then one government has used influencing or affecting the weather as part of a stratagy in more then one conflict.

"control" in any absolute sense, is a bit of an exageration, but influencing a number of weather factors, IS a reality of record.

 

I read about HAARP and never thought it could be true. The more this year progressed the more I started to believe it. Now every time I see unnatural looking clouds (that aren't chemtrails) it's safe to say that some unusual weather will result from it. The first time it happened, I saw the unnatural clouds and my girlfriend and I were thinking that's pretty weird for Sacramento in the middle of July. Later that night around 3:00am there was a lightning storm right above my house, and it lasted about an hour without much movement in the clouds, after an hour they just dispersed. The lightning had been cloud to cloud lightning, which is usually associated with fast moving clouds in two directions. I don't think I need to mention how unusual this storm was to watch.

I read that in the 70s there was a treaty signed that countries would not use weather manipulation as warfare, but they can still use it domestically. It's sad that it will probably be used as a weapon, since there is so much potential to do good with such technology.

But in conclusion I do now believe weather manipulation is being used. People should just watch some HAARP home videos, and look at the clouds they are recording, and just watch their own skies. I have never seen clouds like that until 2012.

 

I wish they would hurry up and do it if their gonna bow up this rock floating in space.

I think the weather systems around the world are far too complex, and interconnected for the weather to be controlled in any meaningful way, and over any great distance.
We're not that smart.
If it is, indeed, possible to alter the weather as suggested here, I would wonder why.
