God and marijuana

Alot of people might say the difference is that marijuana alters your behavior and "clouds your mind" and what not. Some may see it as something that comes between you and God and that it is better to have a clear head when you're thinking about or communicating with God. I on the other hand, think it's all good and that smoking a little bit may cause you to think outside of the box when it comes to God/spirituality.

 

I don't think any of us are going to be able to tell you how God feels about any certain thing. You should figure out what is important to you and what is acceptable for you and your life. I think that God may just be different for each and every one of us. Just make sure you're smoking while keeping good intentions and if you're religious, don't let it come between you and whatever you practice.

This is an interesting topic and i have enjoyed reading it.

god gave us all the seed bearing plants,

however that doesnt not mean he gave it (marijuana) for us to smoke, and it could even be said that God has put things here on earth to test us.

On the other marijuana along with most other plants share chemical similarities and that plants are apart of us. is it so wrong to nurture a plant and smoke it after?... if God sais so i guess, its the whole point of the argument.

Funny thing is all things are God and if all things able to comprehend, decide to comprehend marijuana as a moral or immoral then it would be so.

So the only real question left is, does it feel moral to you? If so then its ok if not then its a sin.

Seems to me that only one plant is forbidden.

 

no disrespect mike but a tree is not a bush (quote) for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die . hmmmm which part of you dies ? the good or evil ? the physical body ? the mind ? ect ect .....the tree of knowledge which tree would that be " maybe we are all guessin what tree it is and persumming its got something to do with cannabis . maybe ....maybe not ........interesting debate

 

to add further the physical body starts to die as soon as we are born ......the soul / spirit never dies . smoking the herb has led me to many enlightenments which my soul /spirit will take on board when i cross over into the spirit world .

 

well i personally have nothing against it, and im a christian, i mean i dont smoke it or nething, i used to but stopped, but i dont think theres nething wrong with it, but i do think u should go light on it, because it can cause damage to men, and i think GOd all wants us to be healthy
