As for ILoveLauras claims, no you're wrong. My experience is that sometimes im squeaky clean inside just from natural operations - not every dump is pastelike, sometimes it all comes out in one lump (boy we're getting specific here! but leaves me pretty empty inside, no traces. However, if I go, its usually better to wait a little while as new material might have come down (ahem) and the rectum hasnt had a chance to dry it out (that's its purpose, to remove water from the solids).

I find if I drink, alcohol being a diuretic, im a bit drier of course and things are less messy as my body is trying harder to reclaim moisture. But that's not a good solution: being slightly dehydrated is bad for you (though my nurse and doctor friends say that half the population is mildly dehydrated all the time - no one drinks plain water ever).

To get really clean, i take a small longer and soft dildo with me in the shower and a bit of thin lube (dont want thick stuff staying up there, dillutes material making it wet and messy). I stroke it in and out and if its dirty, wash it off, bit more lube and keep going til its clean once its clean i keep putting it in and washing off the lube to remove the lube as much as possible as well (again see above about being 'wet' inside), until it gets difficult/uncomfy (dont want to ruin the evening!!).
