yes anyone with an opposing viewpoint is a troll. anyone who has facts to back up their viewpoint is a troll. you have to agree with popular opinion otherwise you're a troll.
most feminism IS anti-family. it can't be denied. it's also anti-father. fathers have more importance in families than what is being practiced today and the importances can't be ignored and should be stressed HARDER. a woman should be proud to have a father in her home. the challenge is to name one thing about feminism that is pro-family then debate if necessary?
some men abuse just like some women abuse. just as many women do it, if not more. men ARE demonized for their behavior yet women are sympathized with and diagnosed with a disorder or ailment. men might not be perfect beings, but they're pretty special and should be treated as such. i serve my husband, but i also serve my family and any guests who come to my house. i'm generous in that way. while trish's view may seem biased, your's does also, in another direction.
i'm not biased against men. it may have come across that way, but i pretty much agree with everything you said here.
When I was 12-13 I looked a lot younger than my age, and there were around me school colleagues who looked a lot more mature than I did. Maybe they were more mature in some respects than I was... but that didn't stop me from living my own life. I got my first mobile phone when I was a student at university, in my third year. I got myself an mp3-player in my fourth year of university. Back when I was 12-13 not just any teenager could have a cell phone and an mp3 player, nowadays these have become common, everyday things. I don't know if today's teenagers are more mature than those of other times. My great-grandmothers were married with kids at around 14... there were not too many options for women back then. Now girls can go for higher education and for the jobs they wish for. But not all of them wish to, some just decide to abandon school and the chance to have a good job early in their teens and marry and stay at home - some of my far-away cousins did so, because they didn't like school... I think this depends on every individual, how early they grow, how early they fall in love or decide (or it just happens so) to have kids... I am not married now, but I have graduated both from university and from an MA programme... I'm still told I look younger than my age...
I agree completely. I think that if young girls want those things, they should have to work for them. Kids all around have way to much of a sense of entitlement in this country anyway. And there's absolutely no reason why a 12- or 13-year-old girl needs to wear a belly shirt or low-riding pants.
yes feminism is anti-family and very anti-male/father. if you point this out, feminists will usually say "we're not all like that!" or "there's different types of feminists and some disagree." well. prove it! really. where are these different types of feminists and where are the feminists that are pro-family and pro-father? i haven't found any. "i'm not biased against men. it may have come across that way, but i pretty much agree with everything you said here." are you trying to make a bad joke? because if you go back a few posts you even admit you have a bias "i don't even like men!"
btw a single mother who gets child-support from the father, and welfare from daddy government, is only proving that women *do* need to be taken care of- if not by dad, then by daddy government (ie: surrogate father) not that women can be independent (lol independently on welfare)
90% of statistics made up on the spot, lol. at any rate, the local rock station is doing a great job of motivating men to get their prostates checked and take it more seriously. men listen to men. men don't listen to women very well.
yes the american medical association and fbi makes up statistics as they go along. i agree wholeheartedly with you.
"And my post was directed toward sweetdeviant." sorry honey- public post on a public forum = open to public response. toodlez.
Music is music, and I believe in cellphones as a rule, for safety. At 12/13, I dont know if youve forgotten, but the girls are starting to notice themselves against others, and older kids, as well as begin a sexual awakening. Natural. When I was 12 I used to go to this roller arena, and take off the baggy tshirt in the bathroom which my mom thought I was wearing, to reveal a tiny tube top. This was, oh, 8 years ago. Frankly, these girls are lookin at kids their own age. Thats innocent and natural. To get angry is to not understand the scenario.
I guess I have yet to meet one too. I'm sure they exist but with the crew i run with I guess I wouldne come into contact with one. If I do I'll keep ya posted
