Truths - erect, it is hard to tell if a guy is circumcised or not, unless his foreskin will not retract, in which event he should definitely get circumcised.

Well, If more women knew what I knew they would want all men to be uncut in the USA. I am glad, when I asked my hubby to restore, he did the homework and decided to do the long journey. He will be better off in the end and we will both be more pleased with our sexual life.

A penis can be compared to that of a guitar player's fingers.

When uncircumcised it is extremely sensitive, as are the fingers of a early novice guitar player, where it can be too painful to continue to press down on the strings for too long.

Once circumcised, like the guitarist's fingertips the glans becomes toughened & desensitised.

This argument about uncut sensitivity is overstated - if the glans is extremely sensitive, that may lead to premature ejaculation.

Another point - the poll in this forum on the amount of foreskin cut guys have left reveals that a majority of us can roll their remaining foreskin over at least part of the glans when erect, and over much of it when soft. A minority cannot do this due to cutting off of most of the foreskin.

A third point - some uncut guys make a big thing out of being able to retract the foreskin so the topside and underside of the foreskin form the bulk of the shaft skin when erect, thus making this skin extra-sensitive. But many uncut guys cannot retract their foreskins much farther back than the coronal ridge of the glans even when fully erect, and do not have this same extra-sensitivity. This is probably due to a somewhat shortened frenulum, which prevents the foreskin from sliding all the way down the shaft. And for 5% or so of uncut guys, the foreskin cannot be retracted at all due to an overly tight foreskin, or a very short frenulum.

Being British, most men I've been with are uncut, as unwarranted infantile circumcision is quite rare in the UK now.

Don't do it dude. I once considered it but after I studied the subject I decided not to do it. Next time you have sex focus on where the sensation comes from. We normally don't do that we simply enjoy the experience. But if you focus on the "where" you may be surprised!. If you are not circ'd and do not have a problem then you are one of the lucky one's. The cleanliness argument is lame - do we chop our ears off just because our earholes get dirty? Do we slice off the nose because it clogs with snot? Pull off toenails because of toe funk?

her statements correspond with what most women who have experience with both say, anatomically the two parts are designed to work together, when one is mutilated and no longer works as designed it WILL have an effect.

when sarahei said too sensitive and gets sore, what she was talking about the friction actually irritates the skin, before restoring I had this problem severely if masturbating or occasionally from sex, would get sore spots and such, and have to refrain from masturbation/sex because it would then be too painful, since restoring I have not had one sore spot as the skin no acts in the gliding fashion it was designed too, eliminating friction

from your other posts you described yourself as having gliding skin, if so they cut you very loosely, hardly a typical circumcision, typical ones leave almost no room for skin to move, If the skin cannot glide like in a typical circumcision it HAS to create friction on the skin.

 

Does the friction make it feel better?
