Getting caught in Canada

I usually try and talk to people who have been to the venue before to see if they search and how extensives the searches are. I saw the Allman Bros. and they patted me down and made people open any bags to make sure they didn't have weapons or recorders and such. On the other hand, I went to see Bela Fleck and the Flecktones and they just let everyone waltz right in with no searches or anything. At Bela Fleck, they just asked everyone to step outside if they planned on smoking.

 

I went to a pearl jam concert a while back in Toronto and had three spliffs with me. I got in no problem and toked with a bunch of other people in the middle of the crowd. Hopefully I can do the same at the upcoming Slayer Concert

From what i've heard, if you have a bit of weed, for your first offense(For minors anyway) you just get a warning, and they take it away, the second time is a bit worse I assume..but if you have a shit load on you the first time, they'll put you in jail overnight to freak you out, so you won't sell it...

 

no, minor caught with weed is worse than that, im pretty sure.

Ive found at the opera house, they will stop you from smoking(anything), just cuz its so small its noticeable. though that doesnt really apply when the crowd is going wild.
Ive seen cigarette packs searched, and had my wallet searched, though rarely.
If you want to hide a couple joints, get a pack of gum, like dentyne. They can fit nicely in there. If you want to get a small bag in, or perhaps a pipe, just carry it in. Empty the contents of your pockets into your hands, and just hold the contraband between your hand and a larger item, like a phone. They will pat down your pockets and see they are empty, and let you by.

I was in Canada during spring break and ppl were lighting up all over the streets and I saw ppl go into clubs with shit. Popo don't care about weed nemore it's the weapons,,

Just do the good ol hide a J in a in a pack of smokes trick. works like a charm. or just crotch it

 

Yeah man, spliff in the smokes works wonders, or if it's an outdoor gig and your worried, get some handrolling tobacco and roll some spliffs and cigs keep them in the can or pouch and your home free.
