First- Snort it in a clogged nostril, it'll be in your nose longer, more Oxymorphone goes through the mucous membranes, thus, more Oxymorphone in your system at a 40% BA, less drip (IE Oral absorption at 10% BA)

Second- due to the TIMERx-N system created FOR Oxymorphone in the form of OPANA ER if you inject it ["or if you are hard core inject it"] You, Will, Fucking, DIE.

You will die if you inject oxymorphone? There is so much fail right here I can't even start to explain all of it. But let me say

4. The "gel matrices" you are talking about gel up right when water comes in contact with it. It would be hard to get it into a needle in the first place...

Excuse my wrongness I wasn't paying attention to the fact that it was an ER pill. I was talking about oxymorphone in general. Nonetheless everything else I said still applies.

and, upon further investigation you can soak the pill in water for 24 hours then inject it, just like people do with oxycodone. There are also some acid base extraction techniques.

I just want to mention, that even though I have wasted my life learning about pharmacology and physiology I didn't spend time remembering every pill there is, in what delivery system, at what dosages, at what prices. This doesn't change what I have learned though.

 

Great, you did some research and got back at me. Why not a Big Mac meal or something with A LOT of fat in it. Ice cream just wouldn't be the first food on the list for me. And you can believe the clogged nostril thing if you want but I don't by it. It's like saying you get a better high from skin popping dope rather than IVing it because it's a slower absorbtion. Why add another factor into the mix? If your nose is clear there's nothing to prevent it from getting absorbed directly into your blood vessels. From experience, anytime my nose would get clogged it would suck and I wouldn't get as high. good talk, later.

Yea you're right, I was wrong...... ATTENTION EVERYONE: THE BEST WAY TO DO YOUR DRUGS INTRANASALLY IS INTO A CLOGGED NOSTRIL OVERFILLED WITH MUCOUS. THE MORE MUCOUS THE BETTER!

 

Big difference.
SC injection and IV have different absorption rates but same BA.
In a clogged nostril the slower absorption is all intranasal. In an open nostril it drips almost immediately and you lose a lot of the drug to oral administration at 10%, remember Oxymorphone isn't some little percocet you found in mommy's cabinet, boy.

And the guy who studied pharmacology etc- when we talked you didn't even know about the TIMERx-N system, developed specifically for Oxymorphone. Anyway, tired of arguing my point, I'm the guy has done the pill by now, and, probably did it under my recommendation.

Lulz. I actually gained a bit of weight due to high fat food to go with my monthly rx of 24 opana 5 mg er's. Sat fat will boost opana more than other opes, and I should say a big Mac or a steak will boost ya more than ice cream, although I don't eat meat so I normally use cheese.

I'd say the stuffy nose idea has merit, but I prefer to have as dry and clear a nostril as possible for comfort reasons. If it wants to start dripping down before its time, I just reverse gravity and get down into a dog position so my head is upside down for a few minutes.

Oxymorph kicks ass over oxycodone IMO. Better, longer high, better painkilling, gentler and briefer hangover. YMMV tho 8^}

yes, FATTY foods potentiate Opana. But dont do Opana a lot cuz it'll skyrocket your tolerance like NO other.

Stonerman you can shoot the ER and IR, but the ER need careful prep work and patience.
The ER gel up and you'll have to evaporate an alcohol solution.......etc
I don't know if they allow instruction for preparation or harm reduction here. I don't care to read to find out right now so I won't tell you how and leave it at that. I'm sure you can use your imagination from the info I gave you.
