Games You Hate That Everyone Else Loves?

I'm looking forward to something challenging like Bloodborne as well, although I am not sure that game is exactly 'it' for me (haven't tried it yet). I mean another gloomy alternative London like city with monsters and you play a character with supersized weapons... I'm not sure (I dislike those unrealistic weapons that are kind of anime/manga looking in size). But they will release a next gen version of Dark souls 2 as well (same developer, and same reputation of being a very very hard game), and that setting seems to fit my preferences just right.
