Because any remake inevitably pales. Name one tv show thats gotten better being remade. Especially in a market with entirely different views and humor. I didnt insinuate anything. If i want to say something i will. I dont hide behind wordgames.

Often the case but there are exceptions. Since you haven't seen the american version and Irms hasn't seen the original series, trying to go on about it in here without any intent of going to check it out seems rather pointless.

I've watched both, I'd put the US version ahead of the English one, mainly because of Jim and Dwight

Not much of a fan of Steve Carrell or Ricky Gervais both as actors or human beings

Dwight is the best, i like Jim too but he annoys me sometimes. Pam is cute but she became a bit of bitch. Creed makes me laugh, I liked how Michael was so rude to Toby all the time.
One of the new warehouse workers in later seasons cracked me up. Andy is a laugh. Gabe made me lol too at times.

Yeah, call me shallow, but I couldnt look at him in that role, fat tubby sweaty boss with bad teeth...couldnt get past that to enjoy the show

I mean he died on the show, what, 4/5 years ago, but still, just seeing a pic of him, gets me angry, and I want to slap the spoilt little turd around a little bit
