Fuck I should have been expelled a lot of times if that was the case here, they wouldnt let me sit my art exam two weeks ago because I had the wrong shoes on, so went home and got the right shoes but they still wouldnt so I said they were fucked in the head and just walked out.

My point is that you can end up in a worse situation by thinking you can refuse a search. In my example, of course it was better for him to leave, which is why I said you have to weigh the situation. I'm not saying you're totally wrong, but to think that across the board refusal to comply is the best solution is completely ignorant.

Thus, allowing yourself to be searched would not make you a 'tool' if you just had some weed or booze or something.

They took such extreme action because he had already been outed for having weed, had red droopy eyes, and straight up walked out of the principal's office. Not really the same thing...

 

Oh right...illegal drugs found on school premises here would be immediate expulsion, baccy and alcohol you would get away with, no one drinks at school..pretty much everyone smokes baccy though which no one gives a shit about, lunch time people go into town anyway so theres nothing they can do.

Im partial to a bit of drink on school trips though although that once ended in a near piss accident fucking 5 hour bus ride

Why the hell are all you guys against smoking weed at school?

It's not even a big deal to me anymore... I get high at my buddies house everyday at lunch and then we go back to school for guitar class and jam all stoned and shit. Fuck the teachers, only the stupid kids who think they're going to get caught actually get caught. Just don't bring a lot of dope to school and you should be fine unless your an idiot.
