yeah, well the deal is, go through this program and the case gets tossed. But yeah i deffinetly agree, being treated as a criminal is jail time in itself. And it is once a month, but its not every 30 days, its every month (jan feb march...) and its at random, so it could be last day of the month one month, then next month be sometime in the first week. i suppose i could smoke if i get tested at the begining of the month. but why risk it. so untill i know EXACTLY how it works, im not putting anything on the line. BUT, screening doesnt start until january 31st. so until then... i can burn. but after then i expect everybody to be lighting a fat blunt for me =).

simply replace the ganja man... if the goverment wants to keep marijuana illegal and make the plant they call a gateway drug into a gateway drug then let them replace the marijuana with another psychedelic that dont show up on a drug test.. might i suggest shrooms! and there are pills called total eclipse i took those and drank green tea and passed a drug test two days later.... after smoking about a 40 grams a week for 6 months...

 

I say this alot but seriously there ARE legal alternatives that are just as good as primo high-grade bud. ChillinXXX is the most potent thing I've ever smoked, and quite literally smoking an amount the size of a matchhead will get you stoned. I don't mean a lil buzzy/lifted. I mean kick-in-the-teeth, skull-fucked stoned. No-one would me believe it until they try it, but most just write it off and don't listen. The stuff is a fucking dream come true for people piss-tested/on probation. Peace.

if you take it easy, have 3 + days of no smoking before ur test, and have a high metabolism, you can pass these test by drinkin a bunch of water

 

damn that sounds almost exactly like my situation, but i haven't had court yet. i sure as hell don't a year of probation for a couple fkin grams and 2 fat faced pigs.

 

Wow that sucks. I guess my punishment wasn't really that harsh then. I got caught with a joint and got like a little more than a month of probation, and I'm pretty sure my record will be clear. Is this your first offense?

 

you can buy a drink for about 30 bucks that contains 500% vitamin B. You can smoke up to an hour before you take the drink, and still pass a test. I smoked a fat blunt at 7 am, drank my drink at 8, followed piss instructions, and took my test around 930
I passed.
